CVE-2023-6918 3 Fedoraproject, Libssh, Redhat 3 Fedora, Libssh, Enterprise Linux 2025-10-10 3.7 Low
A flaw was found in the libssh implements abstract layer for message digest (MD) operations implemented by different supported crypto backends. The return values from these were not properly checked, which could cause low-memory situations failures, NULL dereferences, crashes, or usage of the uninitialized memory as an input for the KDF. In this case, non-matching keys will result in decryption/integrity failures, terminating the connection.
CVE-2024-0217 3 Fedoraproject, Packagekit Project, Redhat 3 Fedora, Packagekit, Enterprise Linux 2025-10-10 3.3 Low
A use-after-free flaw was found in PackageKitd. In some conditions, the order of cleanup mechanics for a transaction could be impacted. As a result, some memory access could occur on memory regions that were previously freed. Once freed, a memory region can be reused for other allocations and any previously stored data in this memory region is considered lost.

A flaw was found in the keylime attestation verifier, which fails to flag a device's submitted TPM quote as faulty when the quote's signature does not validate for some reason. Instead, it will only emit an error in the log without flagging the device as untrusted.
CVE-2023-4133 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat 3 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2025-10-10 5.5 Medium
A use-after-free vulnerability was found in the cxgb4 driver in the Linux kernel. The bug occurs when the cxgb4 device is detaching due to a possible rearming of the flower_stats_timer from the work queue. This flaw allows a local user to crash the system, causing a denial of service condition.
CVE-2023-40548 2 Fedoraproject, Redhat 7 Fedora, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 4 more 2025-10-10 7.4 High
A buffer overflow was found in Shim in the 32-bit system. The overflow happens due to an addition operation involving a user-controlled value parsed from the PE binary being used by Shim. This value is further used for memory allocation operations, leading to a heap-based buffer overflow. This flaw causes memory corruption and can lead to a crash or data integrity issues during the boot phase.
CVE-2024-0567 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Gnu and 2 more 9 Debian Linux, Fedora, Gnutls and 6 more 2025-10-10 7.5 High
A vulnerability was found in GnuTLS, where a cockpit (which uses gnuTLS) rejects a certificate chain with distributed trust. This issue occurs when validating a certificate chain with cockpit-certificate-ensure. This flaw allows an unauthenticated, remote client or attacker to initiate a denial of service attack.
CVE-2023-5341 3 Fedoraproject, Imagemagick, Redhat 4 Extra Packages For Enterprise Linux, Fedora, Imagemagick and 1 more 2025-10-09 6.2 Medium

CVE-2023-3106 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat 3 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2025-10-09 6.6 Medium
A NULL pointer dereference vulnerability was found in netlink_dump. This issue can occur when the Netlink socket receives the message(sendmsg) for the XFRM_MSG_GETSA, XFRM_MSG_GETPOLICY type message, and the DUMP flag is set and can cause a denial of service or possibly another unspecified impact. Due to the nature of the flaw, privilege escalation cannot be fully ruled out, although it is unlikely.
CVE-2023-38559 4 Artifex, Debian, Fedoraproject and 1 more 4 Ghostscript, Debian Linux, Fedora and 1 more 2025-10-09 5.5 Medium
A buffer overflow flaw was found in base/gdevdevn.c:1973 in devn_pcx_write_rle() in ghostscript. This issue may allow a local attacker to cause a denial of service via outputting a crafted PDF file for a DEVN device with gs.
CVE-2023-3758 2 Fedoraproject, Redhat 25 Fedora, Sssd, Codeready Linux Builder and 22 more 2025-10-09 7.1 High
A race condition flaw was found in sssd where the GPO policy is not consistently applied for authenticated users. This may lead to improper authorization issues, granting or denying access to resources inappropriately.
CVE-2023-34968 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Redhat and 1 more 7 Debian Linux, Fedora, Enterprise Linux and 4 more 2025-10-09 5.3 Medium
A path disclosure vulnerability was found in Samba. As part of the Spotlight protocol, Samba discloses the server-side absolute path of shares, files, and directories in the results for search queries. This flaw allows a malicious client or an attacker with a targeted RPC request to view the information that is part of the disclosed path.
CVE-2023-3428 3 Fedoraproject, Imagemagick, Redhat 4 Extra Packages For Enterprise Linux, Fedora, Imagemagick and 1 more 2025-10-09 6.2 Medium
A heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability was found in coders/tiff.c in ImageMagick. This issue may allow a local attacker to trick the user into opening a specially crafted file, resulting in an application crash and denial of service.
CVE-2023-3347 3 Fedoraproject, Redhat, Samba 4 Fedora, Enterprise Linux, Storage and 1 more 2025-10-09 5.9 Medium
A vulnerability was found in Samba's SMB2 packet signing mechanism. The SMB2 packet signing is not enforced if an admin configured "server signing = required" or for SMB2 connections to Domain Controllers where SMB2 packet signing is mandatory. This flaw allows an attacker to perform attacks, such as a man-in-the-middle attack, by intercepting the network traffic and modifying the SMB2 messages between client and server, affecting the integrity of the data.
CVE-2024-0690 2 Fedoraproject, Redhat 8 Fedora, Ansible, Ansible Automation Platform and 5 more 2025-10-08 5 Medium

CVE-2024-0443 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat 4 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2025-10-06 5.5 Medium
A flaw was found in the blkgs destruction path in block/blk-cgroup.c in the Linux kernel, leading to a cgroup blkio memory leakage problem. When a cgroup is being destroyed, cgroup_rstat_flush() is only called at css_release_work_fn(), which is called when the blkcg reference count reaches 0. This circular dependency will prevent blkcg and some blkgs from being freed after they are made offline. This issue may allow an attacker with a local access to cause system instability, such as an out of memory error.
