CVSS v3.1 |
The application's update service, when checking for updates, loads certain system libraries from a search path that includes directories writable by low‑privileged users and is not strictly restricted to trusted system locations. Because these libraries may be resolved and loaded from user‑writable locations, a local attacker can place a malicious library there and have it loaded with SYSTEM privileges, resulting in local privilege escalation and arbitrary code execution.
The application allows PDF JavaScript and document/print actions (such as WillPrint/DidPrint) to update form fields, annotations, or optional content groups (OCGs) immediately before or after redaction, encryption, or printing. These script‑driven updates are not fully covered by the existing redaction, encryption, and printing logic, which, under specific document structures and user workflows, may cause a small amount of sensitive content to remain unremoved or unencrypted as expected, or result in printed output that slightly differs from what was reviewed on screen.
IBM Content Navigator 3.0.15, 3.1.0, and 3.2.0 is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. This vulnerability allows an authenticated user to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI thus altering the intended functionality potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session.
A vulnerability was identified in Nothings stb up to 1.22. The impacted element is the function setup_free of the file stb_vorbis.c. The manipulation leads to allocation of resources. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A vulnerability was determined in Nothings stb up to 1.26. The affected element is the function stbtt__buf_get8 in the library stb_truetype.h of the component TTF File Handler. Executing a manipulation can lead to out-of-bounds read. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
| pymanager included the current working directory in sys.path meaning modules could be shadowed by modules in the current working directory. As a result, if a user executes a pymanager-generated command (e.g., pip, pytest)
from an attacker-controlled directory, a malicious module in that
directory can be imported and executed instead of the intended package. |
HCL BigFix Platform is affected by insufficient authentication. The application might allow users to access sensitive areas of the application without proper authentication.
HCL BigFix Platform is affected by insecure permissions on private cryptographic keys. The private cryptographic keys located on a Windows host machine might be subject to overly permissive file system permissions.
A vulnerability was found in Nothings stb up to 1.26. Impacted is the function stbtt_InitFont_internal in the library stb_truetype.h of the component TTF File Handler. Performing a manipulation results in out-of-bounds read. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been made public and could be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.

V-SFT versions 6.2.10.0 and prior contain an out-of-bounds read in VS6ComFile!get_macro_mem_COM. Opening a crafted V7 file may lead to information disclosure from the affected product.
V-SFT versions 6.2.10.0 and prior contain a stack-based buffer overflow in VS6ComFile!CSaveData::_conv_AnimationItem. Opening a crafted V7 file may lead to arbitrary code execution on the affected product.
V-SFT versions 6.2.10.0 and prior contain an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in VS6MemInIF!set_temp_type_default. Opening a crafted V7 file may lead to information disclosure from the affected product.
V-SFT versions 6.2.10.0 and prior contain an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in VS6ComFile!load_link_inf. Opening a crafted V7 file may lead to information disclosure from the affected product.
V-SFT versions 6.2.10.0 and prior contain a stack-based buffer overflow in VS6ComFile!CV7BaseMap::WriteV7DataToRom. Opening a crafted V7 file may lead to arbitrary code execution on the affected product.
IBM Aspera Shares 1.9.9 through 1.11.0 does not properly rate limit the frequency that an authenticated user can send emails, which could result in email flooding or a denial of service.
IBM Aspera Shares 1.9.9 through 1.11.0 is vulnerable to HTML injection. A remote attacker could inject malicious HTML code, which when viewed, would be executed in the victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting site.
IBM Aspera Shares 1.9.9 through 1.11.0 is vulnerable to HTTP header injection, caused by improper validation of input by the HOST headers. This could allow an attacker to conduct various attacks against the vulnerable system, including cross-site scripting, cache poisoning or session hijacking.
IBM Aspera Shares 1.9.9 through 1.11.0 is vulnerable to stored cross-site scripting. This vulnerability allows users to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI thus altering the intended functionality potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session.
