CVE-2025-38470 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: vlan: fix VLAN 0 refcount imbalance of toggling filtering during runtime Assuming the "rx-vlan-filter" feature is enabled on a net device, the 8021q module will automatically add or remove VLAN 0 when the net device is put administratively up or down, respectively. There are a couple of problems with the above scheme. The first problem is a memory leak that can happen if the "rx-vlan-filter" feature is disabled while the device is running: # ip link add bond1 up type bond mode 0 # ethtool -K bond1 rx-vlan-filter off # ip link del dev bond1 When the device is put administratively down the "rx-vlan-filter" feature is disabled, so the 8021q module will not remove VLAN 0 and the memory will be leaked [1]. Another problem that can happen is that the kernel can automatically delete VLAN 0 when the device is put administratively down despite not adding it when the device was put administratively up since during that time the "rx-vlan-filter" feature was disabled. null-ptr-unref or bug_on[2] will be triggered by unregister_vlan_dev() for refcount imbalance if toggling filtering during runtime: $ ip link add bond0 type bond mode 0 $ ip link add link bond0 name vlan0 type vlan id 0 protocol 802.1q $ ethtool -K bond0 rx-vlan-filter off $ ifconfig bond0 up $ ethtool -K bond0 rx-vlan-filter on $ ifconfig bond0 down $ ip link del vlan0 Root cause is as below: step1: add vlan0 for real_dev, such as bond, team. register_vlan_dev vlan_vid_add(real_dev,htons(ETH_P_8021Q),0) //refcnt=1 step2: disable vlan filter feature and enable real_dev step3: change filter from 0 to 1 vlan_device_event vlan_filter_push_vids ndo_vlan_rx_add_vid //No refcnt added to real_dev vlan0 step4: real_dev down vlan_device_event vlan_vid_del(dev, htons(ETH_P_8021Q), 0); //refcnt=0 vlan_info_rcu_free //free vlan0 step5: delete vlan0 unregister_vlan_dev BUG_ON(!vlan_info); //vlan_info is null Fix both problems by noting in the VLAN info whether VLAN 0 was automatically added upon NETDEV_UP and based on that decide whether it should be deleted upon NETDEV_DOWN, regardless of the state of the "rx-vlan-filter" feature. CVE-2025-38273 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: tipc: fix refcount warning in tipc_aead_encrypt syzbot reported a refcount warning [1] caused by calling get_net() on a network namespace that is being destroyed (refcount=0). This happens when a TIPC discovery timer fires during network namespace cleanup. The recently added get_net() call in commit e279024617134 ("net/tipc: fix slab-use-after-free Read in tipc_aead_encrypt_done") attempts to hold a reference to the network namespace. However, if the namespace is already being destroyed, its refcount might be zero, leading to the use-after-free warning. Replace get_net() with maybe_get_net(), which safely checks if the refcount is non-zero before incrementing it. If the namespace is being destroyed, return -ENODEV early, after releasing the bearer reference. CVE-2025-37751 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: x86/cpu: Avoid running off the end of an AMD erratum table The NULL array terminator at the end of erratum_1386_microcode was removed during the switch from x86_cpu_desc to x86_cpu_id. This causes readers to run off the end of the array. Replace the NULL.
CVE-2025-23155 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: stmmac: Fix accessing freed irq affinity_hint In stmmac_request_irq_multi_msi(), a pointer to the stack variable cpu_mask is passed to irq_set_affinity_hint(). This value is stored in irq_desc->affinity_hint, but once stmmac_request_irq_multi_msi() returns, the pointer becomes dangling. The affinity_hint is exposed via procfs with S_IRUGO permissions, allowing any unprivileged process to read it. Accessing this stale pointer can lead to: - a kernel oops or panic if the referenced memory has been released and unmapped, or - leakage of kernel data into userspace if the memory is re-used for other purposes. All platforms that use stmmac with PCI MSI (Intel, Loongson, etc) are affected.
CVE-2025-21792 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ax25: Fix refcount leak caused by setting SO_BINDTODEVICE sockopt If an AX25 device is bound to a socket by setting the SO_BINDTODEVICE socket option, a refcount leak will occur in ax25_release(). Commit 9fd75b66b8f6 ("ax25: Fix refcount leaks caused by ax25_cb_del()") added decrement of device refcounts in ax25_release(). In order for that to work correctly the refcounts must already be incremented when the device is bound to the socket. An AX25 device can be bound to a socket by either calling ax25_bind() or setting SO_BINDTODEVICE socket option. In both cases the refcounts should be incremented, but in fact it is done only in ax25_bind(). This bug leads to the following issue reported by Syzkaller: ================================================================ refcount_t: decrement hit 0; leaking memory. CVE-2022-50114 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-07-04 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: 9p: fix refcount leak in p9_read_work() error handling p9_req_put need to be called when m->rreq->rc.sdata is NULL to avoid temporary refcount leak. [Dominique: commit wording adjustments, p9_req_put argument fixes for rebase]
CVE-2026-52994 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-26 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vsock/virtio: fix MSG_ZEROCOPY pinned-pages accounting virtio_transport_init_zcopy_skb() uses iter->count as the size argument for msg_zerocopy_realloc(), which in turn passes it to mm_account_pinned_pages() for RLIMIT_MEMLOCK accounting. However, this function is called after virtio_transport_fill_skb() has already consumed the iterator via __zerocopy_sg_from_iter(), so on the last skb, iter->count will be 0, skipping the RLIMIT_MEMLOCK enforcement. Pass pkt_len (the total bytes being sent) as an explicit parameter to virtio_transport_init_zcopy_skb() instead of reading the already-consumed iter->count. This matches TCP and UDP, which both call msg_zerocopy_realloc() with the original message size.
CVE-2026-53141 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-25 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/v3d: Fix global performance monitor reference counting In the SET_GLOBAL ioctl, v3d_perfmon_find() bumps the reference count on the perfmon it returns, but v3d_perfmon_set_global_ioctl() and v3d_perfmon_delete() fail to release that reference on several paths: 1. v3d_perfmon_set_global_ioctl() leaks the reference on its error paths. 2. CLEAR_GLOBAL leaks both the find reference and the reference previously stashed in v3d->global_perfmon by the SET_GLOBAL ioctl that configured it. 3. Destroying a perfmon that is the current global perfmon leaks the reference stashed by the SET_GLOBAL ioctl. Release each of these references explicitly.
CVE-2026-53126 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-24 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: blk-cgroup: fix disk reference leak in blkcg_maybe_throttle_current() Add the missing put_disk() on the error path in blkcg_maybe_throttle_current(). When blkcg lookup, blkg lookup, or blkg_tryget() fails, the function jumps to the out label which only calls rcu_read_unlock() but does not release the disk reference acquired by blkcg_schedule_throttle() via get_device(). Since current->throttle_disk is already set to NULL before the lookup, blkcg_exit() cannot release this reference either, causing the disk to never be freed. Restore the reference release that was present as blk_put_queue() in the original code but was inadvertently dropped during the conversion from request_queue to gendisk.
CVE-2023-49081 2 Aiohttp, Redhat 5 Aiohttp, Ansible Automation Platform, Rhui and 2 more 2026-06-23 7.2 High
aiohttp is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. Improper validation made it possible for an attacker to modify the HTTP request (e.g. to insert a new header) or create a new HTTP request if the attacker controls the HTTP version. The vulnerability only occurs if the attacker can control the HTTP version of the request. This issue has been patched in version 3.9.0.
CVE-2026-45960 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-16 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: hfsplus: return error when node already exists in hfs_bnode_create When hfs_bnode_create() finds that a node is already hashed (which should not happen in normal operation), it currently returns the existing node without incrementing its reference count. This causes a reference count inconsistency that leads to a kernel panic when the node is later freed in hfs_bnode_put(): kernel BUG at fs/hfsplus/bnode.c:676! BUG_ON(!atomic_read(&node->refcnt)) This scenario can occur when hfs_bmap_alloc() attempts to allocate a node that is already in use (e.g., when node 0's bitmap bit is incorrectly unset), or due to filesystem corruption. Returning an existing node from a create path is not normal operation. Fix this by returning ERR_PTR(-EEXIST) instead of the node when it's already hashed. This properly signals the error condition to callers, which already check for IS_ERR() return values.
CVE-2026-46048 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-16 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: caiaq: fix usb_dev refcount leak on probe failure create_card() takes a reference on the USB device with usb_get_dev() and stores the matching usb_put_dev() in card_free(), which is installed as the snd_card's ->private_free destructor. However, ->private_free is only assigned near the end of init_card(), after several failure points (usb_set_interface(), EP type checks, usb_submit_urb(), the EP1_CMD_GET_DEVICE_INFO exchange, and its timeout). When any of those fail, init_card() returns an error to snd_probe(), which calls snd_card_free(card). Because ->private_free is still NULL, card_free() never runs, the usb_get_dev() reference is not dropped, and the struct usb_device leaks along with its descriptor allocations and device_private. syzbot reproduces this with a malformed UAC3 device whose only valid altsetting is 0; init_card()'s usb_set_interface(usb_dev, 0, 1) call fails with -EIO and triggers the leak. Move the ->private_free assignment into create_card(), immediately after usb_get_dev(), so that every error path reaching snd_card_free() balances the reference. card_free()'s callees (snd_usb_caiaq_input_free, free_urbs, kfree) already tolerate the partially-initialized state because the chip private area is zero-initialized by snd_card_new().

CVE-2025-25006 1 Microsoft 5 Exchange Server, Exchange Server 2016, Exchange Server 2019 and 2 more 2026-06-15 5.3 Medium
Improper handling of additional special element in Microsoft Exchange Server allows an unauthorized attacker to perform spoofing over a network.
CVE-2018-1273 5 Apache, Broadcom, Oracle and 2 more 5 Ignite, Spring Data Commons, Financial Services Crime And Compliance Management Studio and 2 more 2026-06-15 9.8 Critical
Spring Data Commons, versions prior to 1.13 to 1.13.10, 2.0 to 2.0.5, and older unsupported versions, contain a property binder vulnerability caused by improper neutralization of special elements. An unauthenticated remote malicious user (or attacker) can supply specially crafted request parameters against Spring Data REST backed HTTP resources or using Spring Data's projection-based request payload binding hat can lead to a remote code execution attack.
