An authorization bypass vulnerability was identified in GitHub Enterprise Server that allowed unauthorized internal users to access sensitive secret scanning alert data intended only for business owners. This issue could be exploited only by organization members with a personal access token (PAT) and required that secret scanning be enabled on user-owned repositories. This vulnerability affected GitHub Enterprise Server versions after 3.13.0 but prior to 3.14.0 and was fixed in version 3.13.2.
An incorrect authorization vulnerability allowed unauthorized read access to the contents of internal repositories for contractor accounts when the Contractors API feature was enabled. The Contractors API is a rarely-enabled feature in private preview. This vulnerability affected all versions of GitHub Enterprise Server prior to 3.18 and was fixed in versions 3.14.15, 3.15.10, 3.16.6 and 3.17.3

Zulip is an open-source team chat application. Starting in version 10.0 and prior to version 10.3, the "Who can create public channels" access control mechanism can be circumvented by creating a private or web-public channel, and then changing the channel privacy to public. A similar technique works for creating private channels without permission, though such a process requires either the API or modifying the HTML, as we do mark the "private" radio button as disabled in such cases. Version 10.3 contains a patch.
In multiple locations, there is a possible cross-user image read due to a missing permission check. This could lead to local information disclosure with User execution privileges needed. User interaction is needed for exploitation.
Missing Authorization vulnerability in Drupal File Download allows Forceful Browsing. This issue affects File Download: from 0.0.0 before 1.9.0, from 2.0.0 before 2.0.1.
Missing Authorization vulnerability in Codection Import and export users and customers. This issue affects Import and export users and customers: from n/a through 1.24.6.

NocoDB is software for building databases as spreadsheets. Prior to version 0.202.10, an authenticated attacker with create access could conduct a SQL Injection attack on MySQL DB using unescaped `table_name`. This vulnerability may result in leakage of sensitive data in the database. Version 0.202.10 contains a patch for the issue.
Nocodb is an open source Airtable alternative. Affected versions of nocodb contain a SQL injection vulnerability, that allows an authenticated attacker with creator access to query the underlying database. By supplying a specially crafted payload to the given an attacker can inject arbitrary SQL queries to be executed. Since this is a blind SQL injection, an attacker may need to use time-based payloads which would include a function to delay execution for a given number of seconds. The response time indicates, whether the result of the query execution was true or false. Depending on the result, the HTTP response will be returned after a given number of seconds, indicating TRUE, or immediately, indicating FALSE. In that way, an attacker can reveal the data present in the database. This vulnerability has been addressed in version 0.111.0. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability. This issue is also tracked as `GHSL-2023-141`.

In Canonical Multipass up to and including version 1.15.1 on macOS, incorrect default permissions allow a local attacker to escalate privileges by modifying files executed with administrative privileges by a Launch Daemon during system startup.
XWiki Rendering is a generic rendering system that converts textual input in a given syntax (wiki syntax, HTML, etc) into another syntax (XHTML, etc). Starting in version 5.4.5 and prior to version 14.10, the XHTML syntax depended on the `xdom+xml/current` syntax which allows the creation of raw blocks that permit the insertion of arbitrary HTML content including JavaScript. This allows XSS attacks for users who can edit a document like their user profile (enabled by default). This has been fixed in version 14.10 by removing the dependency on the `xdom+xml/current` syntax from the XHTML syntax. Note that the `xdom+xml` syntax is still vulnerable to this attack. As it's main purpose is testing and its use is quite difficult, this syntax shouldn't be installed or used on a regular wiki. There are no known workarounds apart from upgrading.
XWiki Rendering is a generic rendering system that converts textual input in a given syntax (wiki syntax, HTML, etc) into another syntax (XHTML, etc). Starting in version 4.2-milestone-1 and prior to versions 13.10.11, 14.4.7, and 14.10, the default macro content parser doesn't preserve the restricted attribute of the transformation context when executing nested macros. This allows executing macros that are normally forbidden in restricted mode, in particular script macros. The cache and chart macros that are bundled in XWiki use the vulnerable feature. This has been patched in XWiki 13.10.11, 14.4.7 and 14.10. To avoid the exploitation of this bug, comments can be disabled for untrusted users until an upgrade to a patched version has been performed. Note that users with edit rights will still be able to add comments via the object editor even if comments have been disabled.
