CVSS v3.1 |
| Path traversal may allow remote code execution using privileged account
(requires device admin account, cannot be performed by a regular user).
In combination with the 'Upload' functionality this could be used to
execute an arbitrary script or possibly an uploaded binary. Remediation
in Version 6.7.0, release date: 20-Oct-24. |
| An issue in VPL Jail System up to v4.0.2 allows attackers to execute a directory traversal via a crafted request to a public endpoint. |
| Syndic cache directory creation is vulnerable to a directory traversal attack in salt project which can lead a malicious attacker to create an arbitrary directory on a Salt master. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in Kingdee Cloud-Starry-Sky Enterprise Edition up to 8.2. This issue affects the function BaseServiceFactory.getFileUploadService.deleteFileAction of the file K3Cloud\BBCMallSite\WEB-INF\lib\Kingdee.K3.O2O.Base.WebApp.jar!\kingdee\k3\o2o\base\webapp\action\FileUploadAction.class of the component IIS-K3CloudMiniApp. The manipulation of the argument filePath leads to path traversal. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. It is suggested to install a patch to address this issue. The vendor recommends as a short-term measure to "[t]emporarily disable external network access to the Kingdee Cloud Galaxy Retail System or set up an IP whitelist for access control." The long-term remediation will be: "Install the security patch provided by the Starry Sky system, with the specific solutions being: i) Adding authentication to the vulnerable CMKAppWebHandler.ashx interface; ii) Removing the file reading function." |

There is a function in AutomationDirect C-MORE EA9 HMI that allows an attacker to send a relative path in the URL without proper sanitizing of the content.
|
| Path-Traversal vulnerability in Revolution Pi version 2022-07-28-revpi-buster from KUNBUS GmbH. This vulnerability could allow an authenticated attacker to list device directories via the ‘/pictory/php/getFileList.php’ endpoint in the ‘dir’ parameter. |
| CWE-22: Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability exists that could cause arbitrary file writes when an authenticated user on the web server manipulates file path. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in wwwlike vlife up to 2.0.1. This issue affects the function create of the file vlife-base/src/main/java/cn/wwwlike/sys/api/SysFileApi.java of the component VLifeApi. Such manipulation of the argument fileName leads to path traversal. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. |
| A vulnerability was found in hansonwang99 Spring-Boot-In-Action up to 807fd37643aa774b94fd004cc3adbd29ca17e9aa. It has been declared as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is the function watermarkTest of the file /springbt_watermark/src/main/java/cn/codesheep/springbt_watermark/service/ImageUploadService.java of the component File Upload. The manipulation of the argument filename leads to path traversal. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. This product takes the approach of rolling releases to provide continious delivery. Therefore, version details for affected and updated releases are not available. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| The Toshiba printers provide several ways to upload files using the web interface without authentication. An attacker can overwrite any insecure files. And the Toshiba printers are vulnerable to a Local Privilege Escalation vulnerability. An attacker can remotely compromise any Toshiba printer. The programs can be replaced by malicious programs by any local or remote attacker. This vulnerability can be executed in combination with other vulnerabilities and difficult to execute alone. So, the CVSS score for this vulnerability alone is lower than the score listed in the "Base Score" of this vulnerability. For detail on related other vulnerabilities, please ask to the below contact point.

| An attacker who successfully exploited these vulnerabilities could grant read access to files. A vulnerability exists in the AC500 V3 version mentioned. A successfully
authenticated attacker can use this vulnerability to read system wide files and configuration
All AC500 V3 products (PM5xxx) with firmware version earlier than 3.8.0 are affected by this vulnerability. |
| A lack of validation in the path parameter (/download) of GL-INet Beryl AX GL-MT3000 v4.7.0 allows attackers to download arbitrary files from the device's file system via a crafted POST request. |
| `zip` is a zip library for rust which supports reading and writing of simple ZIP files. In the archive extraction routine of affected versions of the `zip` crate starting with version 1.3.0 and prior to version 2.3.0, symbolic links earlier in the archive are allowed to be used for later files in the archive without validation of the final canonicalized path, allowing maliciously crafted archives to overwrite arbitrary files in the file system when extracted. Users who extract untrusted archive files using the following high-level API method may be affected and critical files on the system may be overwritten with arbitrary file permissions, which can potentially lead to code execution. Version 2.3.0 fixes the issue. |
| A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in Wangshen SecGate 3600 2400. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file ?g=log_export_file. The manipulation of the argument file_name leads to path traversal. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| Vulnerability in Wikimedia Foundation MediaWiki. This vulnerability is associated with program files includes/specials/pagers/BlockListPager.Php, includes/api/ApiQueryBlocks.Php.
This issue affects MediaWiki: from >= 1.42.0 before 1.39.13, 1.42.7 1.43.2, 1.44.0. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in Four-Faith Water Conservancy Informatization Platform up to 2.2. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /stAlarmConfigure/index.do/../../aloneReport/download.do;otherlogout.do. Such manipulation of the argument fileName leads to path traversal. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in OceanWP allows PHP Local File Inclusion. This issue affects OceanWP: from n/a through 3.4.1. |
| A vulnerability has been identified in Mendix Studio Pro 10 (All versions < V10.23.0), Mendix Studio Pro 10.12 (All versions < V10.12.17), Mendix Studio Pro 10.18 (All versions < V10.18.7), Mendix Studio Pro 10.6 (All versions < V10.6.24), Mendix Studio Pro 11 (All versions < V11.0.0), Mendix Studio Pro 8 (All versions < V8.18.35), Mendix Studio Pro 9 (All versions < V9.24.35). A zip path traversal vulnerability exists in the module installation process of Studio Pro. By crafting a malicious module and distributing it via (for example) the Mendix Marketplace, an attacker could write or modify arbitrary files in directories outside a developer’s project directory upon module installation. |
