CVSS v3.1 |
| Out-of-bounds write for some Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless WiFi Software for Windows before version 23.160 within Ring 2: Device Drivers may allow a denial of service. Unprivileged software adversary with an unauthenticated user combined with a low complexity attack may enable denial of service. This result may potentially occur via adjacent access when attack requirements are not present without special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (none), integrity (low) and availability (high) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (high) impacts. |
| Selea CarPlateServer 4.0.1.6 contains a remote program execution vulnerability that allows attackers to execute arbitrary Windows binaries by manipulating the NO_LIST_EXE_PATH configuration parameter. Attackers can bypass authentication through the /cps/ endpoint and modify server configuration, including changing admin passwords and executing system commands. |
| In Alludo MindManager before 25.0.208 on Windows, attackers could potentially execute code as other local users on the same machine if they could write DLL files to directories within victims' DLL search paths. |
| In Zabbix Agent and Agent 2 on Windows, the OpenSSL configuration file is loaded from a path writable by low-privileged users, allowing malicious modification and potential local privilege escalation by injecting a DLL. |
| Docker Desktop Installer.exe is vulnerable to DLL hijacking due to insecure DLL search order. The installer searches for required DLLs in the user's Downloads folder before checking system directories, allowing local privilege escalation through malicious DLL placement. This issue affects Docker Desktop: through 4.48.0. |
| DLL hijacking of all PE32 executables when run on Windows for ARM64 CPU architecture. This allows an attacker to execute code, if the attacker can plant a DLL in the same directory as the executable. Vulnerable versions of Windows 11 for ARM attempt to load Base DLLs that would ordinarily not be loaded from the application directory. Fixed in release 24H2, but present in all earlier versions of Windows 11 for ARM CPUs. |
| Amiti Antivirus 25.0.640 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in its Windows service configurations. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path to inject and execute malicious code with elevated LocalSystem privileges by placing executable files in specific directory locations. |
| A local attacker with low privileges on the Windows system where the
software is installed can exploit this vulnerability to corrupt
sensitive data. A data folder is created with very weak privileges,
allowing any user logged into the Windows system to modify its content. |
| Xenorate versions up to and including 2.50, a Windows-based multimedia player, is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow when processing .xpl playlist files. The application fails to properly validate the length of input data, allowing an attacker to craft a malicious .xpl file that overwrites the Structured Exception Handler (SEH) and enables arbitrary code execution. Exploitation requires local interaction, typically by convincing a user to open the crafted file. |
| Sunway ForceControl version 6.1 SP3 and earlier contains a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in the SNMP NetDBServer service, which listens on TCP port 2001. The flaw is triggered when the service receives a specially crafted packet using opcode 0x57 with an overly long payload. Due to improper bounds checking during packet parsing, attacker-controlled data overwrites the Structured Exception Handler (SEH), allowing arbitrary code execution in the context of the service. This vulnerability can be exploited remotely without authentication and may lead to full system compromise on affected Windows hosts. |
| gAlan 0.2.1, a modular audio processing environment for Windows, is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow when parsing .galan files. The application fails to properly validate the length of input data, allowing a specially crafted file to overwrite the stack and execute arbitrary code. Exploitation requires local interaction, typically by convincing a user to open the malicious file. |
| SprintWork 2.3.1 contains multiple local privilege escalation vulnerabilities through insecure file, service, and folder permissions on Windows systems. Local unprivileged users can exploit missing executable files and weak service configurations to create a new administrative user and gain complete system access. |
| Netskope was notified about a potential gap in its agent (NS Client) on Windows systems. If this gap is successfully exploited, a local, authenticated user with Administrator privileges can improperly load the driver as a generic kernel service. This triggers the flaw, causing a system crash (Blue-Screen-of-Death) and resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) for the affected machine. |
| A "Privilege boundary violation" vulnerability is identified affecting multiple Radiometer Products. Exploitation of this vulnerability gives a user with physical access to the analyzer, the possibility to gain unauthorized access to functionalities outside the restricted environment. The vulnerability is due to weakness in the design of access control implementation in application software.
Other related CVE's are CVE-2025-14096 & CVE-2025-14097.
Affected customers have been informed about this vulnerability. This CVE is being published to provide transparency.
Required configuration for Exposure:
Physical access to the analyzer is needed.
Temporary work Around:
Only authorized people can physically access the analyzer.
Permanent solution:
Local Radiometer representatives will contact all affected customers to discuss a permanent solution.
Exploit Status:
Researchers have provided working proof-of-concept. Radiometer is not aware of any publicly available exploit at the time of publication. Note:
CVSS score 6.8 when underlying OS is Windows 7 or Windows XP Operating systems and CVSS score 5.7 when underlying OS is Windows 8 or Windows 10 operating systems. |
| USB Flash Drives Control 4.1.0.0 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in its service configuration that allows local attackers to potentially execute arbitrary code. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path in 'C:\Program Files\USB Flash Drives Control\usbcs.exe' to inject malicious executables and escalate privileges on Windows systems. |
| NVIDIA Display Driver for Windows and Linux contains a vulnerability in a video decoder, where an attacker might cause an out-of-bounds read. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to information disclosure or denial of service. |
| Clone for Windows provided by ELECOM CO.,LTD. registers a Windows service with an unquoted file path. A user with the write permission on the root directory of the system drive may execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privilege. |
| An information exposure vulnerability in the Palo Alto Networks User-ID Credential Agent (Windows-based) can expose the service account password under specific non-default configurations. This allows an unprivileged Domain User to escalate privileges by exploiting the account’s permissions. The impact varies by configuration:
* Minimally Privileged Accounts: Enable disruption of User-ID Credential Agent operations (e.g., uninstalling or disabling the agent service), weakening network security policies that leverage Credential Phishing Prevention https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/advanced-url-filtering/administration/url-filtering-features/credential-phishing-prevention under a Domain Credential Filter https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/advanced-url-filtering/administration/url-filtering-features/credential-phishing-prevention/methods-to-check-for-corporate-credential-submissions configuration.
* Elevated Accounts (Server Operator, Domain Join, Legacy Features): Permit increased impacts, including server control (e.g., shutdown/restart), domain manipulation (e.g., rogue computer objects), and network compromise via reconnaissance or client probing. |
| In Seagate Toolkit on Windows a vulnerability exists in the Toolkit Installer prior to versions 2.35.0.6 where it attempts to load DLLs from the current working directory without validating their origin or integrity. This behavior can be exploited by placing a malicious DLL in the same directory as the installer executable, leading to arbitrary code execution with the privileges of the user running the installer. The issue stems from the use of insecure DLL loading practices, such as relying on relative paths or failing to specify fully qualified paths when invoking system libraries. |
| BOOTP Turbo 2.0.0.1253 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in its Windows service configuration. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path to execute arbitrary code with elevated LocalSystem privileges during system startup or reboot. |
