CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ksmbd: fix use-after-free in smb2_open during durable reconnect
In smb2_open, the call to ksmbd_put_durable_fd(fp) drops the reference
to the durable file descriptor early during the durable reconnect
process. If an error occurs subsequently (eg, ksmbd_iov_pin_rsp fails)
or a scavenger accesses the file, it leads to a use-after-free when
accessing fp properties (eg fp->create_time).
Move the single put to the end of the function below err_out2 so fp
stays valid until smb2_open returns. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
mptcp: pm: ADD_ADDR rtx: free sk if last
When an ADD_ADDR is retransmitted, the sk is held in sk_reset_timer(),
and released at the end.
If at that moment, it was the last reference being held, the sk would
not be freed. sock_put() should then be called instead of __sock_put().
But that's not enough: if it is the last reference, sock_put() will call
sk_free(), which will end up calling sk_stop_timer_sync() on the same
timer, and waiting indefinitely to finish. So it is needed to mark that
the timer is done at the end of the timer handler when it has not been
rescheduled, not to call sk_stop_timer_sync() on "itself". |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
mptcp: pm: ADD_ADDR rtx: always decrease sk refcount
When an ADD_ADDR is retransmitted, the sk is held in sk_reset_timer().
It should then be released in all cases at the end.
Some (unlikely) checks were returning directly instead of calling
sock_put() to decrease the refcount. Jump to a new 'exit' label to call
__sock_put() (which will become sock_put() in the next commit) to fix
this potential leak.
While at it, drop the '!msk' check which cannot happen because it is
never reset, and explicitly mark the remaining one as "unlikely". |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ext4: move ext4_percpu_param_init() before ext4_mb_init()
When running `kvm-xfstests -c ext4/1k -C 1 generic/383` with the
`DOUBLE_CHECK` macro defined, the following panic is triggered:

==================================================================
This issue can be reproduced using the following commands:
mkfs.ext4 -F -q -b 1024 /dev/sda 5G
tune2fs -O quota,project /dev/sda
mount /dev/sda /tmp/test
With DOUBLE_CHECK defined, mb_group_bb_bitmap_alloc() reads
and validates the block bitmap. When the validation fails,
ext4_mark_group_bitmap_corrupted() attempts to update
sbi->s_freeclusters_counter. However, this percpu_counter has not been
initialized yet at this point, which leads to the panic described above.
Fix this by moving the execution of ext4_percpu_param_init() to occur
before ext4_mb_init(), ensuring the per-CPU counters are initialized
before they are used. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: af_key: zero aligned sockaddr tail in PF_KEY exports
PF_KEY export paths use `pfkey_sockaddr_size()` when reserving sockaddr
payload space, so IPv6 addresses occupy 32 bytes on the wire. However,
`pfkey_sockaddr_fill()` initializes only the first 28 bytes of
`struct sockaddr_in6`, leaving the final 4 aligned bytes uninitialized.
Not every PF_KEY message is affected. The state and policy dump builders
already zero the whole message buffer before filling the sockaddr
payloads. Keep the fix to the export paths that still append aligned
sockaddr payloads with plain `skb_put()`:
- `SADB_ACQUIRE`
- `SADB_X_NAT_T_NEW_MAPPING`
- `SADB_X_MIGRATE`
Fix those paths by clearing only the aligned sockaddr tail after
`pfkey_sockaddr_fill()`. |
| A vulnerability has been found in SourceCodester Inventory Management System 1.0. Affected is an unknown function of the file /api/customers_handler.php of the component Customer Management Module. Such manipulation of the argument Customer_Name leads to cross site scripting. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| A flaw was found in Dogtag PKI's ACME responder where the HTTP-01 challenge validator accepts IP address literals as dns identifiers and follows HTTP redirects without validating that the target is a public address. An unauthenticated ACME account holder can exploit this to perform server-side request forgery (SSRF), making the Dogtag server send HTTP GET requests to internal network services. With the InMemory database backend, the response body of internal targets is disclosed to the attacker through the ACME challenge error. |
| Use of uninitialized resource in Remote Desktop Client allows an authorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| The Okta Access Gateway does not sanitize the application label field before including it in the generated nginx configuration file. The unsanitized value is interpolated into an nginx server block directive, resulting in execution of injected directives. |
| The Okta Access Gateway management console passes user-supplied input to eval() without sanitization during an authenticated administrator SSH session. As a result, the unsanitized input is executed directly, leading to code execution with the privileges of the management console. |
| The Okta Access Gateway does not sanitize dashboard label values before writing them into generated PHP configuration files. The generated file is automatically included during authentication requests, resulting in execution with the privileges of the web server process. |
| The Okta Access Gateway does not sanitize SAML assertion attribute values before interpolating them into LDAP search filters in the LDAP datastore configuration. The raw values are substituted directly into the filter string and passed to the LDAP search operation, resulting in modification of the intended query logic. |
| The Auth0 AD/LDAP Connector improperly processes a configuration value during service startup. This allows a low-privileged user on the host system to modify the connector's configuration. When the service restarts, the modified configuration can lead to code execution with the privileges of the service account. |
| The Eventin – Event Calendar, Event Registration, Tickets & Booking (AI Powered) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Local File Inclusion in all versions up to, and including, 4.1.22 via the 'event_layout' parameter parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to include and execute arbitrary .php files on the server, allowing the execution of any PHP code in those files. This can be used to bypass access controls, obtain sensitive data, or achieve code execution in cases where .php file types can be uploaded and included. |
| The Eventin – Event Calendar, Event Registration, Tickets & Booking (AI Powered) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Local File Inclusion in all versions up to, and including, 4.1.22 via the 'event_layout' parameter parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to include and execute arbitrary .php files on the server, allowing the execution of any PHP code in those files. This can be used to bypass access controls, obtain sensitive data, or achieve code execution in cases where .php file types can be uploaded and included. The etn_manage_event capability is assigned to Contributors by default, meaning any Contributor-level user can set the malicious event_layout value via the REST API without any additional configuration. |
| Improper verification of intent by broadcast receiver in Samsung Cloud Assistant prior to version 9.0.5 allows local attackers to disable enhanced data protection settings. |
| Improper export of android application components in Visual Voicemail prior to version 20.1.00.05 allows local attackers to initiate call without proper permission. |
| Improper neutralization of special elements in data query logic in the MongoDB integration for Laravel can cause an array supplied to an explicit equality filter to be interpreted as a query condition rather than as a literal value. This affects the three-argument `where` method when the operator is `=` or `eq`, as well as the `find` and `delete` methods that use that code path. An attacker who can cause an affected application to supply an operator-shaped array to one of these APIs may obtain a document other than the intended target or delete documents beyond the intended target. |
| Improper neutralization of special elements in data query logic in the embedded-document relation handling of the MongoDB integration for Laravel can cause a caller-supplied embedded record identifier to be interpreted as a query condition rather than as a literal identifier. An authenticated user who can influence such an identifier may delete all embedded documents in a targeted record or overwrite an embedded document other than the intended target. |
| Improper neutralization of special elements in data query logic in the polymorphic relation handling of the MongoDB integration for Laravel can cause a caller-supplied relation identifier to be interpreted as a query condition rather than as a literal identifier. An authenticated user who can influence a stored relation identifier may cause an affected application to return a document other than the intended relation target. |
