| Out-of-bounds read via sun.misc.Unsafe in Apache Fory. When out-of-band zero-copy deserialization is used, readAlignedVarUint() can read beyond the bounds of the underlying buffer. Out-of-band zero-copy deserialization is an opt-in feature; applications that do not use it are not affected.
This issue affects Apache Fory (formerly Apache Fury): from 0.5.0 before 1.4.0. Versions before 0.11.0 were published under the Maven coordinates org.apache.fury:fury-core.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 1.4.0, which fixes the issue. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
spi: mtk-snfi: unregister ECC engine on probe failure and remove() callback
mtk_snand_probe() registers the on-host NAND ECC engine, but teardown was
missing from both probe unwind and remove-time cleanup. Add a devm cleanup
action after successful registration so
nand_ecc_unregister_on_host_hw_engine() runs automatically on probe
failures and during device removal. |

drm/amdkfd: fix NULL pointer bug in svm_range_set_attr
The process_info could be NULL if user doesn't call kfd_ioctl_acquire_vm
before calling kfd_ioctl_svm.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
USB: serial: cypress_m8: validate interrupt packet headers
cypress_read_int_callback() parses the interrupt-in buffer according to
the selected Cypress packet format. Format 1 has a two-byte status/count
header and format 2 has a one-byte combined status/count header. The
usb-serial core sizes the interrupt-in buffer from the endpoint
descriptor's wMaxPacketSize, and successful interrupt transfers can
complete short when URB_SHORT_NOT_OK is not set.
Check that the completed packet contains the selected header before
reading it. Malformed short reports are ignored and the interrupt URB is
resubmitted through the existing retry path, preventing out-of-bounds
header-byte reads.

| ClearanceKit intercepts file-system access events on macOS and enforces per-process access policies. Prior to version 5.0.10, each table in the on-disk SQLite policy store (`/Library/Application Support/clearancekit/store.db`) is verified using an ECDSA signature stored in the `data_signatures` table. The signed payload contains only the canonical row content, with no version counter or freshness binding. An attacker who can write `store.db` and the matching `data_signatures` row — feasible during the opfilter-update window when the Endpoint Security filter is offline, or via offline-boot / decrypted-backup scenarios — can substitute a previously-captured legitimately-signed snapshot. opfilter accepts the older snapshot as fully valid on next boot because the existing signatures still verify. Version 5.0.10 patches the issue. |
| ClearanceKit intercepts file-system access events on macOS and enforces per-process access policies. The ECDSA private key used to sign the on-disk policy database (`/Library/Application Support/clearancekit/store.db`) is stored in the macOS System Keychain. The key was created via the two-step pattern `SecKeyCreateRandomKey` (in-memory) followed by `SecItemAdd(kSecValueRef:, kSecAttrAccess:)` (persist). Prior to version 5.0.10, for `kSecClassKey` items in the legacy System Keychain, `kSecAttrAccess` passed to `SecItemAdd` is silently ignored — the persisted key inherits no ACL restriction. The same access builder applied to `kSecClassGenericPassword` items correctly binds the ACL, making this bug specific to the EC key. The result is that any process running as root can use the key to produce valid signatures over arbitrary policy content. Version 5.0.10 fixes the issue. No known workarounds are available. Disabling the system extension and manually removing the System Keychain item labelled `clearancekit policy signing key` would prevent the forged-signature path but also disables policy enforcement. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ksmbd: OOB read regression in smb_check_perm_dacl() ACE-walk loops
Commit d07b26f39246 ("ksmbd: require minimum ACE size in
smb_check_perm_dacl()") introduced a transposed bounds check:
if (offsetof(struct smb_ace, sid) + aces_size < CIFS_SID_BASE_SIZE)
Since offsetof(..sid) is 8 and CIFS_SID_BASE_SIZE is 8, this evaluates
to `aces_size < 0`. Because `aces_size` is always non-negative, this
check becomes dead code and never breaks the loop.
Worse, that commit removed the old 4-byte guard, meaning the loop now
reads `ace->size` (offset 2) even when `aces_size` is 0-3 bytes. This
re-opens a 2-byte heap out-of-bounds (OOB) read past the pntsd allocation
during subsequent SMB2_CREATE operations.
Fix this by properly transposing the comparison to require at least
16 bytes (8-byte offset + 8-byte SID base), matching the correct form
used in smb_inherit_dacl(). |

Add a zero check for val2 before using it as a divisor when setting the
sampling frequency. A user writing a zero fractional part to the
sampling_frequency sysfs attribute triggers a division by zero in the
kernel. |

| Sparkle is a software update framework for macOS. In versions up to and including 2.9.1, `Autoupdate/AppInstaller.m`'s `shouldAcceptNewConnection:` only enforces `SUCodeSigningVerifier validateConnection:` before stage 1 completes. After `_performedStage1Installation = YES`, new connections to the registered Mach service `<bundleId>-spki` are accepted from any local process without team-ID or code-signing checks. As of time of publication, no known patched versions are available. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
usb: typec: tcpm: bound altmode_desc[] per iteration in svdm_consume_modes()
svdm_consume_modes() checks pmdata->altmodes against the array size once
before the loop over the count, but forgot to check the bound at every
point in the loop.
In the well-behaved SVDM discovery flow this is harmless because each of
at most SVID_DISCOVERY_MAX SVIDs contributes at most MODE_DISCOVERY_MAX
modes, exactly filling altmode_desc[ALTMODE_DISCOVERY_MAX]. But the
CMDT_RSP_ACK handler in tcpm_pd_svdm() does not correlate an incoming
ACK with any request the port actually sent. Once port->partner is set,
an unsolicited Discover Modes ACK is consumed unconditionally. A broken
or malicious port partner can therefore drive altmodes to
ALTMODE_DISCOVERY_MAX - 1 via the normal flow, and then send one extra
Discover Modes ACK with seven VDOs. Because the pre-loop check passes,
the loop could then writes up to five entries past altmode_desc[]. For
mode_data_prime the next field in struct tcpm_port is the
partner_altmode[] pointer array, which then receives partner-chosen
SVID/VDO bytes.
Move the bound check inside the loop so the array can never be indexed
past ALTMODE_DISCOVERY_MAX regardless of how many VDOs the partner
supplies or how the function was reached. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
usb: typec: ucsi: ccg: reject firmware images without a ':' record header
do_flash() locates the first .cyacd record with
p = strnchr(fw->data, fw->size, ':');
while (p < eof) {
s = strnchr(p + 1, eof - p - 1, ':');
...
}
If the firmware image contains no ':' byte, strnchr() returns NULL.
NULL compares less than the valid kernel pointer eof, so the loop body
runs and strnchr() is called with p + 1 == (void *)1 and a length of
roughly (unsigned long)eof, causing a wonderful crash.
The not_signed_fw fallthrough earlier in do_flash() and the chip-state
branches in ccg_fw_update_needed() allow an unsigned blob to reach this
loop, so a root user who can place a crafted file under /lib/firmware
and write the do_flash sysfs attribute can trigger the oops.
Bail out with -EINVAL when the initial strnchr() returns NULL. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net/sched: fix packet loop on netem when duplicate is on
When netem duplicates a packet it re-enqueues the copy at the root qdisc.
If another netem sits in the tree the copy can be duplicated
again, recursing until the stack or memory is exhausted.
The original duplication guard temporarily zeroed q->duplicate around
the re-enqueue, but that does not cover all cases because it is
per-qdisc state shared across all concurrent enqueue paths
and is not safe without additional locking.
Use the skb tc_depth field introduced in an earlier patch:
- increment it on the duplicate before re-enqueue
- skip duplication for any skb whose tc_depth is already non-zero.
This marks the packet itself rather than mutating qdisc state,
therefore it is safe regardless of tree topology or concurrency. |

vxlan: do not reuse cached ip_hdr() value after skb_tunnel_check_pmtu()
skb_tunnel_check_pmtu() can change skb->head.
Reusing old_iph afer skb_tunnel_check_pmtu() can cause an UAF.
Use instead ip_hdr(skb) as done in drivers/net/bareudp.c
and drivers/net/geneve.c.

| Ninja Forms plugin for WordPress versions 3.10.4 through 3.14.9 contains an unauthenticated stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Repeatable Fieldset feature where parseSubmissionIndex() accepts arbitrary strings as submission indexes without numeric validation, and admin_form_element() interpolates the index directly into HTML without escaping. An unauthenticated attacker can submit a public form with a crafted repeater child key containing malicious script payloads, which execute in an administrator's browser when viewing submissions in the WordPress admin panel, enabling session-cookie theft, creation of administrator accounts, installation of malicious plugins, and arbitrary modification of site content. |
| PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to version 4.6.40, the fix for GHSA-9mqq-jqxf-grvw / CVE-2026-44336 is incomplete. The original advisory description named four vulnerable handlers in `mcp_server/adapters/cli_tools.py`. Commit `68cc9427` ("fix(security): harden MCP rules path handling…") added a `_resolve_rule_path()` helper and applied it to `rules.create`, `rules.show`, and `rules.delete`. `workflow.show` was left unchanged. Two adjacent handlers in the same file have the same pattern, `workflow.validate` and `deploy.validate`. Neither was mentioned in the original advisory. Both remained unchanged. The original advisory also identified the dispatcher (`server.py:281-298`) as a root cause. It accepts unvalidated `**kwargs` from `params["arguments"]` with no enforcement against the tool's declared `input_schema`. That code is unchanged prior to version 4.6.40. A single unauthenticated MCP `tools/call` to `praisonai.workflow.show` returns the contents of any file the host user can read: `/etc/passwd`, `~/.ssh/id_rsa`, `~/.aws/credentials`, or any project `.env`. Version 4.6.40 contains an updated fix. |
| PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. The v4.6.32 chokepoint refactor (which patched CVE-2026-44334 / GHSA-xcmw-grxf-wjhj) added the PRAISONAI_ALLOW_LOCAL_TOOLS env-var gate to the tool_override.py sinks. However, two additional spec.loader.exec_module call sites in praisonai/agents_generator.py were missed and remain completely unguarded in versions prior to 4.6.40. Both functions accept a module_path parameter sourced from YAML configuration and execute it without validation, signature checking, or the env-var gate. Version 4.6.40 fixes the issue. |
