In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: mctp: Don't access ifa_index when missing In mctp_dump_addrinfo, ifa_index can be used to filter interfaces, but only when the struct ifaddrmsg is provided. Otherwise it will be comparing to uninitialised memory - reproducible in the syzkaller case from dhcpd, or busybox "ip addr show". The kernel MCTP implementation has always filtered by ifa_index, so existing userspace programs expecting to dump MCTP addresses must already be passing a valid ifa_index value (either 0 or a real index). In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: leds: led-class: Only Add LED to leds_list when it is fully ready Before this change the LED was added to leds_list before led_init_core() gets called adding it the list before led_classdev.set_brightness_work gets initialized. This leaves a window where led_trigger_register() of a LED's default trigger will call led_trigger_set() which calls led_set_brightness() which in turn will end up queueing the *uninitialized* led_classdev.set_brightness_work. This race gets hit by the lenovo-thinkpad-t14s EC driver which registers 2 LEDs with a default trigger provided by snd_ctl_led.ko in quick succession. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: interconnect: debugfs: initialize src_node and dst_node to empty strings The debugfs_create_str() API assumes that the string pointer is either NULL or points to valid kmalloc() memory. Leaving the pointer uninitialized can cause problems. Initialize src_node and dst_node to empty strings before creating the debugfs entries to guarantee that reads and writes are safe.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: ipv6: fix panic when IPv4 route references loopback IPv6 nexthop When a standalone IPv6 nexthop object is created with a loopback device (e.g., "ip -6 nexthop add id 100 dev lo"), fib6_nh_init() misclassifies it as a reject route. This is because nexthop objects have no destination prefix (fc_dst=::), causing fib6_is_reject() to match any loopback nexthop. The reject path skips fib_nh_common_init(), leaving nhc_pcpu_rth_output unallocated. If an IPv4 route later references this nexthop, __mkroute_output() dereferences NULL nhc_pcpu_rth_output and panics. Simplify the check in fib6_nh_init() to only match explicit reject routes (RTF_REJECT) instead of using fib6_is_reject(). The loopback promotion heuristic in fib6_is_reject() is handled separately by ip6_route_info_create_nh(). After this change, the three cases behave as follows: 1. Explicit reject route ("ip -6 route add unreachable 2001:db8::/64"): RTF_REJECT is set, enters reject path, skips fib_nh_common_init(). No behavior change. 2. Implicit loopback reject route ("ip -6 route add 2001:db8::/32 dev lo"): RTF_REJECT is not set, takes normal path, fib_nh_common_init() is called. ip6_route_info_create_nh() still promotes it to reject afterward. nhc_pcpu_rth_output is allocated but unused, which is harmless. 3. Standalone nexthop object ("ip -6 nexthop add id 100 dev lo"): RTF_REJECT is not set, takes normal path, fib_nh_common_init() is called. nhc_pcpu_rth_output is properly allocated, fixing the crash when IPv4 routes reference this nexthop.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: usb: pegasus: validate USB endpoints The pegasus driver should validate that the device it is probing has the proper number and types of USB endpoints it is expecting before it binds to it. If a malicious device were to not have the same urbs the driver will crash later on when it blindly accesses these endpoints.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: xt_IDLETIMER: reject rev0 reuse of ALARM timer labels IDLETIMER revision 0 rules reuse existing timers by label and always call mod_timer() on timer->timer. If the label was created first by revision 1 with XT_IDLETIMER_ALARM, the object uses alarm timer semantics and timer->timer is never initialized. Reusing that object from revision 0 causes mod_timer() on an uninitialized timer_list, triggering debugobjects warnings and possible panic when panic_on_warn=1. Fix this by rejecting revision 0 rule insertion when an existing timer with the same label is of ALARM type.

Kanboard is project management software focused on Kanban methodology. Versions 1.2.48 and below have an LDAP Injection vulnerability in the LDAP authentication mechanism. User-supplied input is directly substituted into LDAP search filters without proper sanitization, allowing attackers to enumerate all LDAP users, discover sensitive user attributes, and perform targeted attacks against specific accounts. This issue is fixed in version 1.2.49.

Moonraker is a Python web server providing API access to Klipper 3D printing firmware. In versions 0.9.3 and below, instances configured with the "ldap" component enabled are vulnerable to LDAP search filter injection techniques via the login endpoint. The 401 error response message can be used to determine whether or not a search was successful, allowing for brute force methods to discover LDAP entries on the server such as user IDs and user attributes. This issue has been fixed in version 0.10.0.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: block: zero non-PI portion of auto integrity buffer The auto-generated integrity buffer for writes needs to be fully initialized before being passed to the underlying block device, otherwise the uninitialized memory can be read back by userspace or anyone with physical access to the storage device. If protection information is generated, that portion of the integrity buffer is already initialized. The integrity data is also zeroed if PI generation is disabled via sysfs or the PI tuple size is 0. However, this misses the case where PI is generated and the PI tuple size is nonzero, but the metadata size is larger than the PI tuple. In this case, the remainder ("opaque") of the metadata is left uninitialized. Generalize the BLK_INTEGRITY_CSUM_NONE check to cover any case when the metadata is larger than just the PI tuple.
