CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: mt76: mt7925: cancel mlo_pm_work on stop
mt7925 queues mlo_pm_work with a 5 second delay during multi-link
power-save setup and never cancels it on the stop path. If the device is
torn down inside that window, the work outlives the teardown and its timer
fires afterwards, trying to queue onto the workqueue that is already gone:
workqueue: cannot queue mt7925_mlo_pm_work [mt7925_common] on wq phy0
WARNING: kernel/workqueue.c:2283 at __queue_work+0x59/0xa0, CPU#1: swapper/1/0
call_timer_fn+0x2a/0x140
__run_timers+0x203/0x330
run_timer_softirq+0x86/0xf0
mt7921 already has its own stop callback, so add one for mt7925 that
cancels the work before calling mt792x_stop(). mt7925_ops backs both the
PCIe and USB drivers, so this covers both. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
sysctl: move the "cad_pid" entry from pid_table[] to kern_reboot_table[]
cad_pid is global, and kill_cad_pid() is only used in the root namespace.
However, due to pid_table_root_permissions(), a non-root user can unshare
pid/user namespaces and modify it from the child namespace. This makes no
sense and is simply wrong.
Move it to kern_reboot_table[] where it logically belongs; this ensures
that only GLOBAL_ROOT_UID can read/modify this sysctl.
Note that this patch doesn't preserve "#ifdef CONFIG_PROC_SYSCTL" around
the "cad_pid"; CONFIG_PROC_SYSCTL selects CONFIG_SYSCTL, so it is always
set when kern_reboot_table[] is compiled. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ksmbd: fix use-after-free in oplock break notification
smb2_oplock_break_noti() reads opinfo->conn without any lock and
dereferences it after two allocations which may sleep. When the
durable handle owning the oplock is disconnected, session_fd_check()
clears opinfo->conn and drops its conn reference under ci->m_lock, and
the last ksmbd_conn_put() frees the connection. A break triggered by
another connection that races with the teardown can then resurrect the
freed connection: ksmbd_conn_get() is a plain atomic_inc, and the
queued break work later dereferences the stale conn via
ksmbd_conn_write(), a use-after-free reachable by any authenticated
client holding a durable batch oplock.
Thread the caller's inode into the notification path instead of taking
a new reference on it. Every caller of oplock_break() already holds a
live ksmbd_file (or an explicit ksmbd_inode_lookup_lock() reference,
in the parent lease break paths) on the inode that owns the break
target's oplock list, so ci cannot be freed during the call, and its
lock can be taken without dereferencing opinfo->o_fp, which a
concurrent close may free. Select and pin the connection under
ci->m_lock, the same lock session_fd_check() and
ksmbd_reopen_durable_fd() use to update opinfo->conn, so a concurrent
detach either loses the race to the clear or keeps the connection
alive until the notification work releases it. Transfer the reference
to the work item and release it on allocation failures. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Office Word allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| Adobe Commerce is affected by an Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability that could result in a Security feature bypass. An attacker with high privileges could leverage this vulnerability to access unauthorized files or directories outside the intended restrictions, causing a limited disruption to availability. Exploitation of this issue does not require user interaction. Scope is changed. |

| A flaw was found in Keycloak Policy Enforcer. This vulnerability allows any authenticated user to bypass all authorization policies, including role, scope, and User-Managed Access (UMA) permission checks. By including the configured access-denied page path within a request URL, either as a path segment or a query parameter, an attacker can gain unauthorized access to protected resources. |
| Discord through 2026-01-16 allows gathering information about whether a user's client state is Invisible (and not actually offline) because the response to a WebSocket API request includes the user in the presences array (with "status": "offline"), whereas offline users are omitted from the presences array. This is arguably inconsistent with the UI description of Invisible as "You will appear offline." NOTE: a third-party report suggests that this was remediated later in 2026. |
| Chamilo LMS before 1.11.42 and 3.0.0 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious script payloads into survey answers by computing deterministic invitation codes and bypassing authorization checks in the survey submission endpoint. Attackers can submit crafted answers containing unescaped HTML rendered in reporting views to execute arbitrary scripts in the browser sessions of teachers or administrators, enabling persistent backdoor account creation by exploiting the victim's authenticated session. |
| When tarfile extracts a link on a system that doesn't support links, it falls back to extracting a member from the archive. In this case, the filter function is run twice: once for the extracted member, and once with name set to the location of the link. For one of the calls, the return value was ignored. Instead, the member should be skipped if either call returns None. |
| A race condition in the document value layer of MongoDB Server can allow concurrent server threads to operate on the same internal memory without synchronization, leading to memory corruption. An authenticated user holding ordinary read-write privileges on a database may be able to trigger this condition over the normal client protocol, resulting in server termination and potential corruption of process memory with user-influenced content. Successful use of this issue may impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the affected server process. |
| Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in the Move Multiple Groups feature. The dashboard/users/groups/bulkupdate/confirm() endpoint moved the selected group tree nodes without validating an action token, so a state-changing group move could be processed for an authenticated user who did not initiate it. Because relocating a group under a new parent causes that group's members to inherit the parent's permissions, a forged move can change effective authorization. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 5.7 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:P/VC:H/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks riodrwn for reporting. |
| Concrete CMS versions 9.5.0 through 9.5.2 are vulnerable to Open Redirect via the rcURL parameter. An attacker can craft a single link on the site's own domain that sends a user to an arbitrary external site immediately after authentication, facilitating phishing and credential theft. The same handling is present in the registration flow, giving a second entry point on sites with registration enabled. Concrete CMS versions prior to 9.5.0 do not include the rcURL parameter or this allowlist and are not affected. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 5.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:P/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Michal M. for reporting. |
| Concrete CMS 9.2.0 to 9.5.2 contain a missing authorization vulnerability in the REST API Groups list endpoint. The listGroups() method in concrete/src/Api/Controller/Groups.php registers a permissions checker callback that unconditionally returns true, so no per-object (tree node) authorization is enforced when the group collection is returned. An authenticated user whose API token carries the groups:read scope can call GET /ccm/api/1.0/groups and receive every group on the site regardless of the view permissions on those groups, disclosing the organization's group structure, roles, and access hierarchy. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 6.0 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:L/UI:N/VC:H/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Winston Crooker for reporting. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
zram: fix out-of-bounds access in writeback_store()
Patch series "zram: fix stale scan bounds after reinitialization".
Both writeback_store() and read_block_state() derive their table scan
bounds from zram->disksize before acquiring dev_lock. If the device is
reset and reinitialized with a smaller disksize between that read and lock
acquisition, the bound can describe the old table while the scan operates
on the new one. This can lead to out-of-bounds slot accesses.
Move both bound calculations under dev_lock so each bound remains
consistent with the table throughout its scan. Keep the fixes separate
because the affected interfaces originate from different commits and can
be backported independently.
This patch (of 2):
writeback_store() calculates the table scan bounds before taking dev_lock.
A reset followed by reconfiguration with a smaller disksize can therefore
replace zram->table while writeback_store() is waiting for the lock. Once
it acquires the lock, it sees an initialized device but scans the new
table using the old upper bound, resulting in an out-of-bounds access.
Calculate the number of pages while holding dev_lock so the scan bound
matches the table protected by the lock. |
| The Sprout Invoices WordPress plugin before 20.8.16 does not perform a capability or ownership check before allowing a private note to be overwritten through one of its AJAX actions, allowing any authenticated user such as a subscriber to overwrite private notes on records belonging to other users. |
| The Rox Appointment Booking WordPress plugin before 1.2.0 does not perform any capability or authorization check when saving its holiday schedule, allowing unauthenticated attackers to overwrite the dates the booking system treats as unavailable, which can block legitimate bookings or open dates the site owner intended to keep closed. |
| Concrete CMS RSS Displayer block below version 9.5.3 rendered remote feed item titles without HTML escaping, resulting in stored cross-site scripting. An attacker able to control a title in a syndicated feed could execute script in the site origin for any visitor to the affected page, including administrators, without holding an account on that site. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 6.0 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:H/AT:P/PR:N/UI:P/VC:H/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks riodrwn for reporting. |
