Description
Hitachi Vantara Pentaho Business Analytics Server prior to versions 10.2.0.2, including 9.3.x and 8.3.x, is installed with Karaf JMX beans enabled and accessible by default.
Impact
When the vulnerability is leveraged, a user with local execution privileges can access functionality exposed by Karaf beans contained in the product. |
| The Marathon UI in DC/OS < 1.9.0 allows unauthenticated users to deploy arbitrary Docker containers. Due to improper restriction of volume mount configurations, attackers can deploy a container that mounts the host's root filesystem (/) with read/write privileges. When using a malicious Docker image, the attacker can write to /etc/cron.d/ on the host, achieving arbitrary code execution with root privileges. This impacts any system where the Docker daemon honors Marathon container configurations without policy enforcement. |
| An unauthenticated file deletion vulnerability in the Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS management web interface enables an unauthenticated attacker with network access to the management web interface to delete certain files as the “nobody” user; this includes limited logs and configuration files but does not include system files.

This is inconsistent with standard macOS security practices, where applications should have drwxr-xr-x permissions. Incorrect permissions allow for Dylib Hijacking. Guest account, other users and applications can exploit this vulnerability for privilege escalation. | The Claude SDK for Python provides access to the Claude API from Python applications. From version 0.86.0 to before version 0.87.0, the local filesystem memory tool in the Anthropic Python SDK created memory files with mode 0o666, leaving them world-readable on systems with a standard umask and world-writable in environments with a permissive umask such as many Docker base images. A local attacker on a shared host could read persisted agent state, and in containerized deployments could modify memory files to influence subsequent model behavior. Both the synchronous and asynchronous memory tool implementations were affected. This issue has been patched in version 0.87.0. |

Prior to 2026.01, a path traversal vulnerability exists in the administration console that allows an administrator or a user with Change Settings permission to change the uploads path to any folder. This vulnerability allows the user to download any file on the server, including config.json.php with database credentials and overwrite critical system files, leading to remote code execution. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.01. |
