| Wekan is open source kanban built with Meteor. From 8.36 until 9.74, the outgoing webhook Integration URL validator in models/integrations.js checked only the literal URL.hostname against regular expressions, so DNS names such as 169-254-169-254.nip.io passed that first-line check. The delivery path's fetchSafe guard already blocked the reported IPv4 destination, but its separate IPv4-only resolver and duplicated blocklist created inconsistent all-address-family enforcement and drift risk between input-time and connection-time validation. Version 9.74 makes server/lib/ssrfGuard.js resolve all addresses with `dns.lookup({ all: true })`, validate every result through the shared isIpBlocked logic, pin the connection, and block redirects. This issue is fixed in version 9.74. |

| Wekan is open source kanban built with Meteor. From 8.72 until 10.23, addBoardHTMLToZip() in client/lib/exportHTML.js read a card title and body through textContent, which decoded entity-encoded markup, and then interpolated titleText and allText into content.innerHTML in the exported index.html. A board member could store an entity-encoded event-handler payload in a card title that remained inert on the live board but was reparsed and executed when a recipient clicked the card in the downloaded HTML export, allowing the script to read and transmit all board data contained in that export, including content added after the attacker's membership was removed. Version 10.23 builds the modal with DOM nodes and assigns untrusted values through textContent. This issue is fixed in version 10.23. |

| Neo4j's Bolt modern handshake decoder treats an overlong capability bit mask the same way it treats a truncated bit mask. When an unauthenticated client sends a selected protocol version followed by 32 continuation bytes in the capability mask, the decoder resets the reader index and waits for more bytes instead of rejecting the protocol message and closing the channel.
Because the same unread bytes remain at the front of the decoder buffer, appending a terminating byte later does not recover the connection. The decoder re-reads the same first 32 continuation bytes, returns without producing a handshake-finalization message, and leaves the channel open.
This can be triggered before authentication by any client that can reach the Bolt connector. |
| A vulnerability in the XAR file format parser of ClamAV could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a DoS condition or possibly other expanded impacts as a result of memory corruption on an affected device.
This vulnerability is due to improper boundary checks for content in XAR files during scanning. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by submitting a crafted file that contains XAR content to be scanned by ClamAV on an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the ClamAV scanning process to terminate, resulting in a DoS condition on the affected software. |

| Froxlor is open source server administration software. Prior to 2.3.8, the Admins.add and Admins.update endpoints in lib/Froxlor/Api/Commands/Admins.php accept an attacker-controlled ipaddress array and store it as JSON in panel_admins.ip without enforcing numeric element types. When the poisoned account later calls IpsAndPorts.listing, lib/Froxlor/Api/Commands/IpsAndPorts.php decodes the array and concatenates its elements into a SQL IN clause without casting or parameterization; the same unsafe pattern is present in lib/Froxlor/Api/Commands/Domains.php. An authenticated administrator with change_serversettings permission can store a UNION-based payload and trigger it through the poisoned account to retrieve arbitrary database data, including administrator login names and bcrypt password hashes, with potential privilege escalation and broader database impact. This issue is fixed in version 2.3.8. |
| A flaw was found in the GIMP image manipulation program, specifically within its Seattle Filmworks file loader. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by tricking a user into opening a specially crafted Seattle Filmworks file. This could lead to a heap overflow, allowing the attacker to write several kilobytes of controlled data beyond the intended memory buffer. Such an overflow can result in memory corruption, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution or a denial of service. |

| Orval generates type-safe JavaScript clients in TypeScript from OpenAPI v3 and Swagger v2 specifications. Prior to 8.22.0, Orval resolves remote and local external $ref values without an allowlist or confinement to the input directory. Processing an attacker-controlled OpenAPI description can cause requests from the developer or CI host to attacker-selected or internal HTTP services, read absolute or out-of-tree local files, and inline untrusted remote schemas into generated clients. The affected code is packages/orval/src/import-specs.ts external reference loading. This issue is fixed in version 8.22.0. |
| libvips is a fast image processing library with low memory needs. The `vipsload` operation in versions before and including 8.18.0 could incorrectly determine image dimensions leading to an integer overflow and a subsequent heap-based buffer overflow. This has been patched in version 8.18.1. |
