CVSS v3.1 |
| Mastodon is a free, open-source social network server based on ActivityPub. Prior to 4.4.21, 4.5.14, 4.6.4, and 4.7.0-beta.1, the administrative statistics endpoints handled by Api::V1::Admin::MeasuresController and Api::V1::Admin::RetentionController checked authorization only after beginning expensive calculations. Anonymous callers could submit keys, start_at, and end_at parameters that caused long-running SQL queries in Admin::Metrics::Measure, Admin::Metrics::Retention, and Admin::Metrics::Dimension::BaseDimension, allowing repeated requests to exhaust server resources. This issue is fixed in versions 4.4.21, 4.5.14, 4.6.4, and 4.7.0-beta.1. |
| Vulnerability in Wikimedia Foundation Scribunto.
This issue affects Scribunto: from 1.45.0 before 1.45.2. |
| Incorrect boundary conditions in the Audio/Video: Playback component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 150, Thunderbird 150, Firefox ESR 140.10.1, Thunderbird 140.10.1, and Firefox ESR 115.35.2. |
| Milestone
has released a new version of XProtect® (and several cumulative patch updates)
which fix security vulnerability in Management Server API.
The vulnerability
causes users with edit permissions to the Management Server to be able to
execute arbitrary code in context of the Management Server Service. |
| A denial-of-service vulnerability caused by unbounded resource allocation was discovered in the audit logging functionality, due to a missing size limit on input recorded into audit entries. An unauthenticated attacker can submit requests containing excessively large input that is recorded into audit entries, possibly exhausting the available disk space and rendering the system inoperable. |
| A Stored HTML Injection vulnerability was discovered in the Diagram tab and Graph view due to a shared input validation function being insufficiently restrictive. An authenticated user with administrative privileges can inject malicious HTML tags into N2OS configuration data through multiple input vectors. When a victim views the affected data in the Diagram tab and Graph view, the injected HTML renders in their browser, enabling phishing and possibly open redirect attacks. Full XSS exploitation and direct information disclosure are prevented by the existing input validation and Content Security Policy configuration. |
| An Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability [CWE-79] vulnerability in Fortinet FortiOS 7.6.0 through 7.6.6, FortiOS 7.4 all versions, FortiOS 7.2 all versions, FortiPAM 1.8.0, FortiPAM 1.7 all versions, FortiPAM 1.6 all versions, FortiPAM 1.5 all versions, FortiPAM 1.4 all versions, FortiPAM 1.3 all versions, FortiPAM 1.2 all versions, FortiPAM 1.1 all versions, FortiPAM 1.0 all versions, FortiProxy 7.4.0 through 7.4.3, FortiProxy 7.2.0 through 7.2.9 may allow an authenticated remote user to execute code or commands via crafted requests. |
| Multiple buffer overflow vulnerabilities in the User-ID Terminal Server Agent (TSA) component of Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS software allow an unauthenticated attacker with network access to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition or potentially execute arbitrary code by sending specially crafted network traffic.
The security risk posed by this issue is minimized when the User-ID Terminal Server Agent connectivity is restricted to only trusted internal IP addresses according to our recommended best practice deployment guidelines https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/ngfw/help/10-2/user-identification/device-user-identification-terminal-services-agents#:~:text=To%20minimize%20security%20risk%2C%20restrict%20TS%20Agent%20connectivity%20to%20trusted%20internal%20IP%20addresses%20only. .
Panorama is not impacted by this vulnerability. |
| Multiple denial of service vulnerabilities in Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS® software allow an unauthenticated attacker with network access to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition by sending specially crafted network traffic to or through a dataplane interface. Repeated attempts to trigger this condition result in the firewall entering maintenance mode.
Panorama is not impacted by these vulnerabilities. |
| A command injection vulnerability in the management plane of Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS® software enables an authenticated administrator to execute arbitrary OS commands as root.
The security risk posed by this issue is significantly minimized when CLI access is restricted to a limited group of administrators.
This issue is applicable to PAN-OS software on PA-Series and VM-Series firewalls and on Panorama (virtual and M-Series).
Cloud NGFW and Prisma Access® are not impacted by this vulnerability. |
| An XML injection vulnerability in the Large Scale VPN (LSVPN) functionality of Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS® software enables an unauthenticated attacker with network access to inject malicious XML content, potentially leading to information disclosure or corruption of internal LSVPN satellite data.
Panorama, Cloud NGFW, and Prisma® Access are not impacted by this vulnerability. |
| Multiple cross site scripting vulnerabilities in the User-ID™ Authentication Portal (aka Captive Portal) service, GlobalProtect™ gateway/portal features and Clientless VPN of Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS® software enables a malicious unauthenticated user to store or execute malicious JavaScript payload.
The security risk posed by this issue is minimized when the management interface and access to the User-ID™ Authentication Portal is restricted to only trusted internal IP addresses according to our recommended best practice deployment guidelines https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/community-blogs/tips-amp-tricks-how-to-secure-the-management-access-of-your-palo/ba-p/464431 .
This issue is applicable to PAN-OS software on PA-Series and VM-Series firewalls and on Panorama (virtual and M-Series).
Cloud NGFW is not affected by this vulnerability. |
| An issue was discovered in NvmExpressDxe in Insyde InsydeH2O with kernel 5.1 through 5.5. An SMM memory corruption vulnerability allows an attacker to write fixed or predictable data to SMRAM. Exploiting this issue could lead to escalating privileges to SMM. |
| An issue was discovered in AhciBusDxe in Insyde InsydeH2O with kernel 5.1 through 5.5. An SMM memory corruption vulnerability allows an attacker to write fixed or predictable data to SMRAM. Exploiting this issue could lead to escalating privileges to SMM. |
