These files are stored in a web-accessible /banners/ directory and can be executed directly, resulting in remote code execution. |
| The AI Power: Complete AI Pack plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the 'handle_image_upload' function in all versions up to, and including, 1.8.89. | The WP Cost Estimation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads and deletion due to missing file type validation in the lfb_upload_form and lfb_removeFile AJAX actions in versions up to, and including, 9.642. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload arbitrary files on the affected sites server which may make remote code execution possible. Additionally, the attacker can also delete files on the server such as database configuration files, subsequently uploading their own database files. |
| Unrestricted Upload of File with Dangerous Type vulnerability in SpreadsheetConverter Import Spreadsheets from Microsoft Excel allows Code Injection. This issue affects Import Spreadsheets from Microsoft Excel: from n/a through 10.1.4. |
| ** UNSUPPORTED WHEN ASSIGNED ** A vulnerability classified as critical has been found in Croogo up to 4.0.7. NOTE: This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer. |
| osCommerce versions up to and including 2.2 RC2a contain a vulnerability in its administrative file manager utility (admin/file_manager.php). | The RESTful Content Syndication plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the ingest_image() function in versions 1.1.0 to 1.5.0. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Author-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible. This requires the attacker have access to a defined third-party server as specified in the settings, so it is unlikely that this will be exploitable by contributor-level users, and more likely to be exploited by administrators who also have access to the plugin's settings. |
