CVE-2025-14388 2 Kiboit, Wordpress 2 Phastpress, Wordpress 2026-04-20 9.8 Critical
The PhastPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Unauthenticated Arbitrary File Read via null byte injection in all versions up to, and including, 3.7. This is due to a discrepancy between the extension validation in `getExtensionForURL()` which operates on URL-decoded paths, and `appendNormalized()` which strips everything after a null byte before constructing the filesystem path. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files from the webroot, including wp-config.php, by appending a double URL-encoded null byte (%2500) followed by an allowed extension (.txt) to the file path.
CVE-2025-1936 2 Mozilla, Redhat 8 Firefox, Thunderbird, Enterprise Linux and 5 more 2026-04-20 7.3 High
jar: URLs retrieve local file content packaged in a ZIP archive. The null and everything after it was ignored when retrieving the content from the archive, but the fake extension after the null was used to determine the type of content. This could have been used to hide code in a web extension disguised as something else like an image. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 136, Firefox ESR 128.8, Thunderbird 136, and Thunderbird 128.8.
CVE-2026-23829 1 Axllent 1 Mailpit 2026-04-18 5.3 Medium
Mailpit is an email testing tool and API for developers. Prior to version 1.28.3, Mailpit's SMTP server is vulnerable to Header Injection due to an insufficient Regular Expression used to validate `RCPT TO` and `MAIL FROM` addresses. An attacker can inject arbitrary SMTP headers (or corrupt existing ones) by including carriage return characters (`\r`) in the email address. This header injection occurs because the regex intended to filter control characters fails to exclude `\r` and `\n` when used inside a character class. Version 1.28.3 fixes this issue.
CVE-2026-25063 1 Gradle 1 Gradle-completion 2026-04-18 7.8 High
gradle-completion provides Bash and Zsh completion support for Gradle. A command injection vulnerability was found in gradle-completion up to and including 9.3.0 that allows arbitrary code execution when a user triggers Bash tab completion in a project containing a malicious Gradle build file. The `gradle-completion` script for Bash fails to adequately sanitize Gradle task names and task descriptions, allowing command injection via a malicious Gradle build file when the user completes a command in Bash (without them explicitly running any task in the build). For example, given a task description that includes a string between backticks, then that string would be evaluated as a command when presenting the task description in the completion list. While task execution is the core feature of Gradle, this inherent execution may lead to unexpected outcomes. The vulnerability does not affect zsh completion. The first patched version is 9.3.1. As a workaround, it is possible and effective to temporarily disable bash completion for Gradle by removing `gradle-completion` from `.bashrc` or `.bash_profile`.
CVE-2026-25996 2 Inspektor-gadget, Linuxfoundation 2 Inspektor-gadget, Inspektor Gadget 2026-04-18 9.8 Critical
Inspektor Gadget is a set of tools and framework for data collection and system inspection on Kubernetes clusters and Linux hosts using eBPF. String fields from eBPF events in columns output mode are rendered to the terminal without any sanitization of control characters or ANSI escape sequences. Therefore, a maliciously forged – partially or completely – event payload, coming from an observed container, might inject the escape sequences into the terminal of ig operators, with various effects. The columns output mode is the default when running ig run interactively.
CVE-2026-2636 1 Microsoft 5 Windows, Windows 11, Windows 11 23h2 and 2 more 2026-04-18 5.5 Medium
This vulnerability is caused by a CWE‑159: "Improper Handling of Invalid Use of Special Elements" weakness, which leads to an unrecoverable inconsistency in the CLFS.sys driver. This condition forces a call to the KeBugCheckEx function, allowing an unprivileged user to trigger a system crash. Microsoft silently fixed this vulnerability in the September 2025 cumulative update for Windows 11 2024 LTSC and Windows Server 2025. Windows 25H2 (released in September) was released with the patch. Windows 1123h2 and earlier versions remain vulnerable.
CVE-2026-21439 1 Badkeys 1 Badkeys 2026-04-18 5.3 Medium
badkeys is a tool and library for checking cryptographic public keys for known vulnerabilities. In versions 0.0.15 and below, an attacker may inject content with ASCII control characters like vertical tabs, ANSI escape sequences, etc., that can create misleading output of the badkeys command-line tool. This impacts scanning DKIM keys (both --dkim and --dkim-dns), SSH keys (--ssh-lines mode), and filenames in various modes. This issue is fixed in version 0.0.16.
CVE-2026-0495 1 Sap 1 Fiori 2026-04-18 5.1 Medium
SAP Fiori App Intercompany Balance Reconciliation allows an attacker with high privileges to send uploaded files to arbitrary emails which could enable effective phishing campaigns. This has low impact on confidentiality, integrity and availability of the application.
CVE-2026-22708 2 Anysphere, Cursor 2 Cursor, Cursor 2026-04-18 9.8 Critical
Cursor is a code editor built for programming with AI. Prior to 2.3, hen the Cursor Agent is running in Auto-Run Mode with Allowlist mode enabled, certain shell built-ins can still be executed without appearing in the allowlist and without requiring user approval. This allows an attacker via indirect or direct prompt injection to poison the shell environment by setting, modifying, or removing environment variables that influence trusted commands. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.3.
CVE-2026-27203 1 Yosefhayim 1 Ebay-mcp 2026-04-17 8.3 High
eBay API MCP Server is an open source local MCP server providing AI assistants with comprehensive access to eBay's Sell APIs. All versions are vulnerable to Environment Variable Injection through the updateEnvFile function. The ebay_set_user_tokens tool allows updating the .env file with new tokens. The updateEnvFile function in src/auth/oauth.ts blindly appends or replaces values without validating them for newlines or quotes. This allows an attacker to inject arbitrary environment variables into the configuration file. An attacker can inject arbitrary environment variables into the .env file. This could lead to configuration overwrites, Denial of Service, and potential RCE. There was no fix for this issue at the time of publication.
CVE-2026-28540 1 Huawei 1 Harmonyos 2026-04-16 4 Medium
Out-of-bounds character read vulnerability in Bluetooth. Impact: Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may affect service confidentiality.
CVE-2026-21521 1 Microsoft 1 365 Word Copilot 2026-04-16 7.4 High
Improper neutralization of escape, meta, or control sequences in Copilot allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information over a network.
CVE-2025-62845 2 Qnap, Qnap Systems 2 Qurouter, Qurouter 2026-04-15 6.7 Medium
An improper neutralization of escape, meta, or control sequences vulnerability has been reported to affect QHora. If a local attacker gains an administrator account, they can then exploit the vulnerability to cause unexpected behavior. We have already fixed the vulnerability in the following version: QuRouter 2.6.3.009 and later
CVE-2025-11757 1 Cloudedge 1 Cloudedge 2026-04-15 N/A
The CloudEdge Cloud does not sanitize the MQTT topic input, which could allow an attacker to leverage the MQTT wildcard to receive all the messages that should be delivered to other users by subscribing to the a MQTT topic. In these messages, the attacker can obtain the credentials and key information to connect to the cameras from peer to peer.
CVE-2025-52884 1 Risc Zero Project 1 Risc Zero 2026-04-15 N/A
RISC Zero is a zero-knowledge verifiable general computing platform, with Ethereum integration. The risc0-ethereum repository contains Solidity verifier contracts, Steel EVM view call library, and supporting code. Prior to versions 2.1.1 and 2.2.0, the `Steel.validateCommitment` Solidity library function will return `true` for a crafted commitment with a digest value of zero. This violates the semantics of `validateCommitment`, as this does not commitment to a block that is in the current chain. Because the digest is zero, it does not correspond to any block and there exist no known openings. As a result, this commitment will never be produced by a correct zkVM guest using Steel and leveraging this bug to compromise the soundness of a program using Steel would require a separate bug or misuse of the Steel library, which is expected to be used to validate the root of state opening proofs. A fix has been released as part of `risc0-ethereum` 2.1.1 and 2.2.0. Users for the `Steel` Solidity library versions 2.1.0 or earlier should ensure they are using `Steel.validateCommitment` in tandem with zkVM proof verification of a Steel program, as shown in the ERC-20 counter example, and documentation. This is the correct usage of Steel, and users following this pattern are not at risk, and do not need to take action. Users not verifying a zkVM proof of a Steel program should update their application to do so, as this is incorrect usage of Steel.
CVE-2025-58160 1 Tokio 1 Tracing 2026-04-15 3.1 Low
tracing is a framework for instrumenting Rust programs to collect structured, event-based diagnostic information. Prior to version 0.3.20, tracing-subscriber was vulnerable to ANSI escape sequence injection attacks. Untrusted user input containing ANSI escape sequences could be injected into terminal output when logged, potentially allowing attackers to manipulate terminal title bars, clear screens or modify terminal display, and potentially mislead users through terminal manipulation. tracing-subscriber version 0.3.20 fixes this vulnerability by escaping ANSI control characters when writing events to destinations that may be printed to the terminal. A workaround involves avoiding printing logs to terminal emulators without escaping ANSI control sequences.
CVE-2025-61984 1 Openbsd 1 Openssh 2026-04-15 3.6 Low
ssh in OpenSSH before 10.1 allows control characters in usernames that originate from certain possibly untrusted sources, potentially leading to code execution when a ProxyCommand is used. The untrusted sources are the command line and %-sequence expansion of a configuration file. (A configuration file that provides a complete literal username is not categorized as an untrusted source.)
CVE-2024-58251 1 Busybox 1 Busybox 2026-04-15 2.5 Low
In netstat in BusyBox through 1.37.0, local users can launch of network application with an argv[0] containing an ANSI terminal escape sequence, leading to a denial of service (terminal locked up) when netstat is used by a victim.
CVE-2024-21583 2026-04-15 4.1 Medium
Versions of the package github.com/gitpod-io/gitpod/components/server/go/pkg/lib before main-gha.27122; versions of the package github.com/gitpod-io/gitpod/components/ws-proxy/pkg/proxy before main-gha.27122; versions of the package github.com/gitpod-io/gitpod/install/installer/pkg/components/auth before main-gha.27122; versions of the package github.com/gitpod-io/gitpod/install/installer/pkg/components/public-api-server before main-gha.27122; versions of the package github.com/gitpod-io/gitpod/install/installer/pkg/components/server before main-gha.27122; versions of the package @gitpod/gitpod-protocol before 0.1.5-main-gha.27122 are vulnerable to Cookie Tossing due to a missing __Host- prefix on the _gitpod_io_jwt2_ session cookie. This allows an adversary who controls a subdomain to set the value of the cookie on the Gitpod control plane, which can be assigned to an attacker’s own JWT so that specific actions taken by the victim (such as connecting a new Github organization) are actioned by the attackers session.
CVE-2025-27253 2026-04-15 6.1 Medium
A CWE-15 "External Control of System or Configuration Setting" in GE Vernova UR IED family devices from version 7.0 up to 8.60 allows an attacker to provide input that establishes a TCP connection through a port forwarding. The lack of the IP address and port validation may allow the attacker to bypass firewall rules or to send malicious traffic in the network.
