CVSS v3.1 |
| html-sanitizer is an allowlist-based HTML cleaner. If using `keep_typographic_whitespace=False` (which is the default), the sanitizer normalizes unicode to the NFKC form at the end. Some unicode characters normalize to chevrons; this allows specially crafted HTML to escape sanitization. The problem has been fixed in 2.4.2.

Stored cross-site scripting vulnerability exists in EC-CUBE Web API Plugin. When there are multiple users using OAuth Management feature and one of them inputs some crafted value on the OAuth Management page, an arbitrary script may be executed on the web browser of the other user who accessed the management page.
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in colabrio Ohio Extra ohio-extra allows DOM-Based XSS.This issue affects Ohio Extra: from n/a through <= 3.6.0.
The tagDiv Composer plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's button shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 4.8 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. NOTE: The vulnerable code in this plugin is specifically tied to the tagDiv Newspaper theme. If another theme is installed (e.g., NewsMag), this code may not be present.
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in SeventhQueen K Elements k-elements allows DOM-Based XSS.This issue affects K Elements: from n/a through < 5.5.0.
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in Matias Ventura Gutenberg gutenberg allows Stored XSS.This issue affects Gutenberg: from n/a through <= 21.8.2.
ghtml is software that uses tagged templates for template engine functionality. It is possible to introduce user-controlled JavaScript code and trigger a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in some cases. Version 2.0.0 introduces changes to mitigate this issue. Version 2.0.0 contains updated documentation to clarify that while ghtml escapes characters with special meaning in HTML, it does not provide comprehensive protection against all types of XSS attacks in every scenario. This aligns with the approach taken by other template engines. Developers should be cautious and take additional measures to sanitize user input and prevent potential vulnerabilities. Additionally, the backtick character (`) is now also escaped to prevent the creation of strings in most cases where a malicious actor somehow gains the ability to write JavaScript. This does not provide comprehensive protection either.
A security vulnerability has been detected in AllStarLink Supermon up to 6.2. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the component AllMon2. The manipulation leads to cross site scripting. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer.
An issue in H3C Device R365V300R004 allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via the default password. NOTE: the Supplier's position is that their "product lines enforce or clearly prompt users to change any initial credentials upon first use. At most, this would be a case of misconfiguration if an administrator deliberately ignored the prompts, which is outside the scope of CVE definitions."
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in ashanjay EventON eventon allows Stored XSS.This issue affects EventON: from n/a through <= 4.9.12.
A security vulnerability has been detected in Public Knowledge Project omp and ojs 3.3.0/3.4.0/3.5.0. Impacted is an unknown function of the file plugins/paymethod/manual/templates/paymentForm.tpl of the component Payment Instructions Setting Handler. The manipulation of the argument manualInstructions leads to cross site scripting. The attack can be initiated remotely. You should upgrade the affected component.
Cross-site scripting vulnerability in NEC Corporation Aterm WG2600HS Ver.1.7.2 and earlier, WG2600HP4 Ver.1.4.2 and earlier, WG2600HM4 Ver.1.4.2 and earlier, WG2600HS2 Ver.1.3.2 and earlier, WX3000HP Ver.2.4.2 and earlier and WX4200D5 Ver.1.2.4 and earlier allows a attacker to inject an arbitrary script via the network.
LGSL (Live Game Server List) provides online status for games. Before 7.0.0, a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability was identified in lgsl. The function lgsl_query_40 in lgsl_protocol.php has implemented an HTTP crawler. This function makes a request to the registered game server, and upon crawling the malicious /info endpoint with our payload, will render our javascript on the info page. This information is being displayed via lgsl_details.php. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.0.0.
Tracks, a Getting Things Done (GTD) web application, is vulnerable to reflected cross-site scripting in versions prior to 2.7.1. Reflected cross-site scripting enables execution of malicious JavaScript in the context of a user’s browser if that user clicks on a malicious link, allowing phishing attacks that could lead to credential theft. Tracks version 2.7.1 is patched. No known complete workarounds are available.
luci-app-lucky v2.8.3 was discovered to contain hardcoded credentials.
Zusam is a free and open-source way to self-host private forums. Prior to version 0.5.6, specially crafted SVG files uploaded to the service as images allow for unrestricted script execution on (raw) image load. With certain payloads, theft of the target user’s long-lived session token is possible. Note that Zusam, at the time of writing, uses a user’s static API key as a long-lived session token, and these terms can be used interchangeably on the platform. This session token/API key remains valid indefinitely, so long as the user doesn’t expressly request a new one via their Settings page. Version 0.5.6 fixes the cross-site scripting vulnerability.
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation (XSS or 'Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in BoldThemes Bold Timeline Lite allows Stored XSS.This issue affects Bold Timeline Lite: from n/a through 1.2.0.
The Social proof testimonials and reviews by Repuso plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's 'rw_image_badge1' shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 5.20 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
The ViewMedica 9 plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's 'viewmedica' shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.18 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
PHPVOD v4.0 was discovered to contain a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability via the id parameter at /view/admin/view.php.
