CVSS v3.1 |
| An authorization flaw in the user management command could allow an authenticated user to make limited changes to authentication-related data associated with another user account. This could affect how authentication is performed for the impacted account. |
| Improper Validation of Specified Quantity in Input vulnerability in Convers Lab WP SmartPay smartpay.This issue affects WP SmartPay: from n/a through <= 2.8.2. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ext4: replace BUG_ON with proper error handling in ext4_read_inline_folio
Replace BUG_ON() with proper error handling when inline data size
exceeds PAGE_SIZE. This prevents kernel panic and allows the system to
continue running while properly reporting the filesystem corruption.
The error is logged via ext4_error_inode(), the buffer head is released
to prevent memory leak, and -EFSCORRUPTED is returned to indicate
filesystem corruption. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Bluetooth: L2CAP: Validate PDU length before reading SDU length in l2cap_ecred_data_rcv()
l2cap_ecred_data_rcv() reads the SDU length field from skb->data using
get_unaligned_le16() without first verifying that skb contains at least
L2CAP_SDULEN_SIZE (2) bytes. When skb->len is less than 2, this reads
past the valid data in the skb.
The ERTM reassembly path correctly calls pskb_may_pull() before reading
the SDU length (l2cap_reassemble_sdu, L2CAP_SAR_START case). Apply the
same validation to the Enhanced Credit Based Flow Control data path. |
| rust-openssl provides OpenSSL bindings for the Rust programming language. From 0.9.0 to before 0.10.78, the *_from_pem_callback APIs did not validate the length returned by the user's callback. A password callback that returns a value larger than the buffer it was given can cause some versions of OpenSSL to over-read this buffer. OpenSSL 3.x is not affected by this. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.10.78. |
| In OpenBSD through 7.8, the slaacd and rad daemons have an infinite loop when they receive a crafted ICMPv6 Neighbor Discovery (ND) option (over a local network) with length zero, because of an "nd_opt_len * 8 - 2" expression with no preceding check for whether nd_opt_len is zero. |
| A logic issue was addressed with improved restrictions. This issue is fixed in macOS Sequoia 15.3, macOS Sonoma 14.7.3, macOS Ventura 13.7.3. An app may be able to access information about a user's contacts. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
openvswitch: validate MPLS set/set_masked payload length
validate_set() accepted OVS_KEY_ATTR_MPLS as variable-sized payload for
SET/SET_MASKED actions. In action handling, OVS expects fixed-size
MPLS key data (struct ovs_key_mpls).
Use the already normalized key_len (masked case included) and reject
non-matching MPLS action key sizes.
Reject invalid MPLS action payload lengths early. |
| nimiq-block contains block primitives to be used in Nimiq's Rust implementation. `SkipBlockProof::verify` computes its quorum check using `BitSet.len()`, then iterates `BitSet` indices and casts each `usize` index to `u16` (`slot as u16`) for slot lookup. Prior to version 1.3.0, if an attacker can get a `SkipBlockProof` verified where `MultiSignature.signers` contains out-of-range indices spaced by 65536, these indices inflate `len()` but collide onto the same in-range `u16` slot during aggregation. This makes it possible for a malicious validator with far fewer than `2f+1` real signer slots to pass skip block proof verification by multiplying a single BLS signature by the same factor. The patch for this vulnerability is included as part of v1.3.0. No known workarounds are available. |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. An attacker who uses a vulnerability present in versions prior to 6.10.2 can craft a PDF which leads to long runtimes. This requires loading a PDF with a large trailer `/Size` value in incremental mode. This has been fixed in pypdf 6.10.2. As a workaround, one may apply the changes from the patch manually. |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. An attacker who uses a vulnerability present in versions prior to 6.10.1 can craft a PDF which leads to long runtimes. This requires cross-reference streams with wrong large `/Size` values or object streams with wrong large `/N` values. This has been fixed in pypdf 6.10.1. As a workaround, one may apply the changes from the patch manually. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
mm/damon/sysfs: check contexts->nr before accessing contexts_arr[0]
Multiple sysfs command paths dereference contexts_arr[0] without first
verifying that kdamond->contexts->nr == 1. A user can set nr_contexts to
0 via sysfs while DAMON is running, causing NULL pointer dereferences.
In more detail, the issue can be triggered by privileged users like
below.
First, start DAMON and make contexts directory empty
(kdamond->contexts->nr == 0).
# damo start
# cd /sys/kernel/mm/damon/admin/kdamonds/0
# echo 0 > contexts/nr_contexts
Then, each of below commands will cause the NULL pointer dereference.
# echo update_schemes_stats > state
# echo update_schemes_tried_regions > state
# echo update_schemes_tried_bytes > state
# echo update_schemes_effective_quotas > state
# echo update_tuned_intervals > state
Guard all commands (except OFF) at the entry point of
damon_sysfs_handle_cmd(). |
| IBM Db2 11.5.0 through 11.5.9, and 12.1.0 through 12.1.4 for Linux, UNIX and Windows (includes Db2 Connect Server) could allow an authenticated user to cause a denial of service due to improper neutralization of special elements in data query logic. |
| Improper validation of STRING tensor offsets could allows malformed string metadata to trigger out of bounds access during constant tensor import in Samsung Open Source ONE
Affected version is prior to commit 1.30.0. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
netfilter: ip6t_rt: reject oversized addrnr in rt_mt6_check()
Reject rt match rules whose addrnr exceeds IP6T_RT_HOPS.
rt_mt6() expects addrnr to stay within the bounds of rtinfo->addrs[].
Validate addrnr during rule installation so malformed rules are rejected
before the match logic can use an out-of-range value. |
| nimiq-blockchain provides persistent block storage for Nimiq's Rust implementation. In 1.3.0 and earlier, block timestamp validation enforces that timestamp >= parent.timestamp for non-skip blocks and timestamp == parent.timestamp + MIN_PRODUCER_TIMEOUT for skip blocks, but there is no visible upper bound check against the wall clock. A malicious block-producing validator can set block timestamps arbitrarily far in the future. This directly affects reward calculations via Policy::supply_at() and batch_delay() in blockchain/src/reward.rs, inflating the monetary supply beyond the intended emission schedule. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/amdgpu/userq: Do not allow userspace to trivially triger kernel warnings
Userspace can either deliberately pass in the too small num_fences, or the
required number can legitimately grow between the two calls to the userq
wait ioctl. In both cases we do not want the emit the kernel warning
backtrace since nothing is wrong with the kernel and userspace will simply
get an errno reported back. So lets simply drop the WARN_ONs.
