CVE-2025-37849 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2025-12-20 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: arm64: Tear down vGIC on failed vCPU creation If kvm_arch_vcpu_create() fails to share the vCPU page with the hypervisor, we propagate the error back to the ioctl but leave the vGIC vCPU data initialised. Note only does this leak the corresponding memory when the vCPU is destroyed but it can also lead to use-after-free if the redistributor device handling tries to walk into the vCPU. Add the missing cleanup to kvm_arch_vcpu_create(), ensuring that the vGIC vCPU structures are destroyed on error.
CVE-2024-46707 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-12-20 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: arm64: Make ICC_*SGI*_EL1 undef in the absence of a vGICv3 On a system with a GICv3, if a guest hasn't been configured with GICv3 and that the host is not capable of GICv2 emulation, a write to any of the ICC_*SGI*_EL1 registers is trapped to EL2. We therefore try to emulate the SGI access, only to hit a NULL pointer as no private interrupt is allocated (no GIC, remember?). The obvious fix is to give the guest what it deserves, in the shape of a UNDEF exception.
CVE-2024-26598 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 6 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Rhel Aus and 3 more 2025-12-20 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: arm64: vgic-its: Avoid potential UAF in LPI translation cache There is a potential UAF scenario in the case of an LPI translation cache hit racing with an operation that invalidates the cache, such as a DISCARD ITS command. The root of the problem is that vgic_its_check_cache() does not elevate the refcount on the vgic_irq before dropping the lock that serializes refcount changes. Have vgic_its_check_cache() raise the refcount on the returned vgic_irq and add the corresponding decrement after queueing the interrupt.
CVE-2022-48788 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-12-20 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nvme-rdma: fix possible use-after-free in transport error_recovery work While nvme_rdma_submit_async_event_work is checking the ctrl and queue state before preparing the AER command and scheduling io_work, in order to fully prevent a race where this check is not reliable the error recovery work must flush async_event_work before continuing to destroy the admin queue after setting the ctrl state to RESETTING such that there is no race .submit_async_event and the error recovery handler itself changing the ctrl state.
CVE-2025-12105 1 Redhat 2 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus 2025-12-19 7.5 High
A flaw was found in the asynchronous message queue handling of the libsoup library, widely used by GNOME and WebKit-based applications to manage HTTP/2 communications. When network operations are aborted at specific timing intervals, an internal message queue item may be freed twice due to missing state synchronization. This leads to a use-after-free memory access, potentially crashing the affected application. Attackers could exploit this behavior remotely by triggering specific HTTP/2 read and cancel sequences, resulting in a denial-of-service condition.
CVE-2025-14860 1 Mozilla 1 Firefox 2025-12-19 9.8 Critical
Use-after-free in the Disability Access APIs component. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 146.0.1.
CVE-2025-64468 1 Ni 1 Labview 2025-12-19 7.8 High
There is a use-after-free vulnerability in sentry!sentry_span_set_data() when parsing a corrupted VI file. This vulnerability may result in information disclosure or arbitrary code execution. Successful exploitation requires an attacker to get a user to open a specially crafted VI. This vulnerability affects NI LabVIEW 2025 Q3 (25.3) and prior versions
CVE-2025-12380 1 Mozilla 1 Firefox 2025-12-19 9.8 Critical
Starting with Firefox 142, it was possible for a compromised child process to trigger a use-after-free in the GPU or browser process using WebGPU-related IPC calls. This may have been usable to escape the child process sandbox. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 144.0.2.

CVE-2025-38313 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2025-12-19 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bus: fsl-mc: fix double-free on mc_dev The blamed commit tried to simplify how the deallocations are done but, in the process, introduced a double-free on the mc_dev variable. In case the MC device is a DPRC, a new mc_bus is allocated and the mc_dev variable is just a reference to one of its fields. In this circumstance, on the error path only the mc_bus should be freed. This commit introduces back the following checkpatch warning which is a false-positive. WARNING: kfree(NULL) is safe and this check is probably not required + if (mc_bus) + kfree(mc_bus);
CVE-2025-61662 1 Redhat 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift 2025-12-19 4.9 Medium
A Use-After-Free vulnerability has been discovered in GRUB's gettext module. This flaw stems from a programming error where the gettext command remains registered in memory after its module is unloaded. An attacker can exploit this condition by invoking the orphaned command, causing the application to access a memory location that is no longer valid. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause grub to crash, leading to a Denial of Service. Possible data integrity or confidentiality compromise is not discarded.
CVE-2025-14372 4 Apple, Google, Linux and 1 more 4 Macos, Chrome, Linux Kernel and 1 more 2025-12-19 6.1 Medium
Use after free in Password Manager in Google Chrome prior to 143.0.7499.110 allowed a remote attacker to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
CVE-2022-49078 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2025-12-19 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: lz4: fix LZ4_decompress_safe_partial read out of bound When partialDecoding, it is EOF if we've either filled the output buffer or can't proceed with reading an offset for following match. In some extreme corner cases when compressed data is suitably corrupted, UAF will occur. As reported by KASAN [1], LZ4_decompress_safe_partial may lead to read out of bound problem during decoding. lz4 upstream has fixed it [2] and this issue has been disscussed here [3] before. current decompression routine was ported from lz4 v1.8.3, bumping lib/lz4 to v1.9.+ is certainly a huge work to be done later, so, we'd better fix it first.
