| CVE-2017-5495 | 2 Quagga, Redhat | 2 Quagga, Enterprise Linux | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| All versions of Quagga, 0.93 through 1.1.0, are vulnerable to an unbounded memory allocation in the telnet 'vty' CLI, leading to a Denial-of-Service of Quagga daemons, or even the entire host. When Quagga daemons are configured with their telnet CLI enabled, anyone who can connect to the TCP ports can trigger this vulnerability, prior to authentication. Most distributions restrict the Quagga telnet interface to local access only by default. The Quagga telnet interface 'vty' input buffer grows automatically, without bound, so long as a newline is not entered. This allows an attacker to cause the Quagga daemon to allocate unbounded memory by sending very long strings without a newline. Eventually the daemon is terminated by the system, or the system itself runs out of memory. This is fixed in Quagga 1.1.1 and Free Range Routing (FRR) Protocol Suite 2017-01-10. | ||||
| CVE-2017-17849 | 1 Getgosoft | 1 Getgo Download Manager | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| A buffer overflow vulnerability in GetGo Download Manager 5.3.0.2712 and earlier could allow remote HTTP servers to execute arbitrary code on NAS devices via a long response. | ||||
| CVE-2017-5548 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| drivers/net/ieee802154/atusb.c in the Linux kernel 4.9.x before 4.9.6 interacts incorrectly with the CONFIG_VMAP_STACK option, which allows local users to cause a denial of service (system crash or memory corruption) or possibly have unspecified other impact by leveraging use of more than one virtual page for a DMA scatterlist. | ||||
| CVE-2017-5556 | 2 Foxitsoftware, Microsoft | 3 Foxit Reader, Phantompdf, Windows | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| The ConvertToPDF plugin in Foxit Reader before 8.2 and PhantomPDF before 8.2 on Windows, when the gflags app is enabled, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read and application crash) via a crafted JPEG image. The vulnerability could lead to information disclosure; an attacker can leverage this in conjunction with other vulnerabilities to execute code in the context of the current process. | ||||
| CVE-2016-4298 | 1 Hancom | 1 Hancom Office 2014 | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| When opening a Hangul HShow Document (.hpt) and processing a structure within the document, Hancom Office 2014 will attempt to allocate space for a list of elements using a length from the file. When calculating this length, an integer overflow can be made to occur which will cause the buffer to be undersized when the application tries to copy file data into the object containing this structure. This allows one to overwrite contiguous data in the heap which can lead to code-execution under the context of the application. | ||||
| CVE-2017-17886 | 2 Canonical, Imagemagick | 2 Ubuntu Linux, Imagemagick | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| In ImageMagick 7.0.7-12 Q16, a memory leak vulnerability was found in the function ReadPSDChannelZip in coders/psd.c, which allows attackers to cause a denial of service via a crafted psd image file. | ||||
| CVE-2017-2282 | 1 Iodata | 2 Wn-ax1167gr, Wn-ax1167gr Firmware | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| Buffer overflow in WN-AX1167GR firmware version 3.00 and earlier allows an attacker to execute arbitrary commands via unspecified vectors. | ||||
| CVE-2016-1549 | 1 Ntp | 1 Ntp | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| A malicious authenticated peer can create arbitrarily-many ephemeral associations in order to win the clock selection algorithm in ntpd in NTP 4.2.8p4 and earlier and NTPsec 3e160db8dc248a0bcb053b56a80167dc742d2b74 and a5fb34b9cc89b92a8fef2f459004865c93bb7f92 and modify a victim's clock. | ||||
| CVE-2016-1548 | 2 Ntp, Redhat | 3 Ntp, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| An attacker can spoof a packet from a legitimate ntpd server with an origin timestamp that matches the peer->dst timestamp recorded for that server. After making this switch, the client in NTP 4.2.8p4 and earlier and NTPSec aa48d001683e5b791a743ec9c575aaf7d867a2b0c will reject all future legitimate server responses. It is possible to force the victim client to move time after the mode has been changed. ntpq gives no indication that the mode has been switched. | ||||
| CVE-2017-5580 | 1 Virglrenderer Project | 1 Virglrenderer | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| The parse_instruction function in gallium/auxiliary/tgsi/tgsi_text.c in virglrenderer before 0.6.0 allows local guest OS users to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds array access and process crash) via a crafted texture instruction. | ||||
| CVE-2017-5581 | 2 Redhat, Tigervnc | 2 Enterprise Linux, Tigervnc | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| Buffer overflow in the ModifiablePixelBuffer::fillRect function in TigerVNC before 1.7.1 allows remote servers to execute arbitrary code via an RRE message with subrectangle outside framebuffer boundaries. | ||||
| CVE-2017-5596 | 1 Wireshark | 1 Wireshark | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| In Wireshark 2.2.0 to 2.2.3 and 2.0.0 to 2.0.9, the ASTERIX dissector could go into an infinite loop, triggered by packet injection or a malformed capture file. This was addressed in epan/dissectors/packet-asterix.c by changing a data type to avoid an integer overflow. | ||||
| CVE-2017-6886 | 1 Libraw | 1 Libraw | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| An error within the "parse_tiff_ifd()" function (internal/dcraw_common.cpp) in LibRaw versions before 0.18.2 can be exploited to corrupt memory. | ||||

| The compile_bracket_matchingpath function in pcre_jit_compile.c in PCRE through 8.x before revision 1680 (e.g., the PHP 7.1.1 bundled version) allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read and application crash) via a crafted regular expression. | ||||
| CVE-2017-6009 | 3 Debian, Icoutils Project, Redhat | 9 Debian Linux, Icoutils, Enterprise Linux and 6 more | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| An issue was discovered in icoutils 0.31.1. A buffer overflow was observed in the "decode_ne_resource_id" function in the "restable.c" source file. This is happening because the "len" parameter for memcpy is not checked for size and thus becomes a negative integer in the process, resulting in a failed memcpy. This affects wrestool. | ||||

| An issue was discovered in icoutils 0.31.1. A buffer overflow was observed in the "extract_icons" function in the "extract.c" source file. This issue can be triggered by processing a corrupted ico file and will result in an icotool crash. | ||||
| CVE-2017-6011 | 3 Debian, Icoutils Project, Redhat | 9 Debian Linux, Icoutils, Enterprise Linux and 6 more | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
| An issue was discovered in icoutils 0.31.1. An out-of-bounds read leading to a buffer overflow was observed in the "simple_vec" function in the "extract.c" source file. This affects icotool. | ||||
