| CVE-2026-15798 | 2 Nextendweb, Wordpress | 2 Smart Slider 3, Wordpress | 2026-08-28 | 6.4 Medium |
| The Smart Slider 3 plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'slider' Block Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 3.5.1.38 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The injected scripts execute specifically when a user opens the affected post in the WordPress block editor, making Editors and Administrators the primary targets. | ||||

| The Optimole – Optimize Images | Convert WebP & AVIF | CDN & Lazy Load | Image Optimization plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'a' (above_fold_images) parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.2.10 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. | ||||
| CVE-2026-68967 | 1 Bendix | 10 Ec80esp+ 2nd Can, Ec80esp+ 6s/6m, Ec80esp+ Integrated Tpms and 7 more | 2026-08-28 | 6.5 Medium |
| Bendix EC80 Brake ECU is vulnerable to an out-of-bounds write, which could allow an attacker to deliver a payload that could establish an arbitrary write primitive, which could crash the ECU. | ||||
| CVE-2026-66353 | 1 Woylie | 1 Doggo | 2026-08-28 | N/A |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in woylie doggo allows Reflected XSS. Doggo.normalize_value/2 in lib/doggo.ex returned date field values wrapped in {:safe, ...}, the Phoenix.HTML marker meaning "already escaped, emit verbatim", without escaping them, so the value reached the value attribute of the <input> rendered by the field component unchanged. Any application rendering <.field type="date"> over user-controlled params is affected through the ordinary Phoenix form round-trip, where a failed validation re-renders the submitted value. The pattern kept exactly the first ten bytes and discarded shorter values, capping a payload at ten bytes: enough to terminate the attribute and open an element or attach a short event handler, not enough to place attacker-chosen script inline. Only type="date" is affected. This issue affects doggo: from 0.1.0 before 0.14.8. | ||||
| CVE-2026-65896 | 1 Getgrav | 1 Grav | 2026-08-28 | 7.1 High |
| Grav API Plugin (Composer package getgrav/grav-plugin-api) before 1.0.10 fails to properly validate the slug field in the POST /pages/{route}/move endpoint. PagesController::move() sanitizes the slug only with ltrim($body['slug'], '.'), which strips leading periods but does not neutralize '/' or '..' segments. An authenticated API caller with the api.pages.write permission can supply path traversal sequences (e.g., 01.home/../../../pwned) to move an entire page directory (content and media) to an arbitrary writable location outside user/pages/, including outside the Grav installation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58652 | 1 Openwrt | 2 Luci-app-travelmate, Travelmate | 2026-08-28 | 7.5 High |
| luci-app-travelmate (and the travelmate package) contain a privilege-escalation flaw: a LuCI/rpcd session holding the luci-app-travelmate write ACL is granted config-wide UCI write access to the travelmate configuration. While the LuCI UI restricts the auto-login script picker to /etc/travelmate/*.login, this is only a frontend restriction. The backend travelmate service (running as root) reads the raw UCI 'script' and 'script_args' values and executes the configured path when the captive-portal auto-login branch (f_check() in travelmate-functions.sh) is reached. An attacker with delegated write permissions can set script to /bin/sh and script_args to attacker-controlled arguments, resulting in arbitrary command execution as root. Confirmed in luci-app-travelmate/travelmate 2.4.5-r3; the sink is still present in travelmate 2.4.6-1 and no patched version is known. | ||||
| CVE-2026-49851 | 1 Lepture | 1 Mistune | 2026-08-28 | 7.5 High |
| Mistune is a Python Markdown parser with renderers and plugins. Prior to 3.3.0, Mistune is vulnerable to a CPU exhaustion DoS due to superlinear (approximately O(n²)) behavior in parse_link_text. When parsing Markdown containing many consecutive [ characters, parse_link_text repeatedly scans the input using a regex search inside a loop. Each iteration re-scans a large portion of the remaining string, resulting in quadratic-time behavior. An attacker-controlled Markdown input can therefore trigger excessive CPU usage with a very small payload. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-45292 | 1 Opentelemetry | 3 Opentelemetry-java, Opentelemetry.api, Opentelemetry.extensions.propagators | 2026-08-28 | 5.3 Medium |
| opentelemetry-java is the Java implementation of the OpenTelemetry API for recording telemetry, and SDK for managing telemetry recorded by the API. Prior to 1.62.0, a vulnerability affects the baggage propagation implementation in opentelemetry-api and opentelemetry-extension-trace-propagators. Parsing oversized baggage causes unbounded memory allocation and CPU consumption. Because baggage is automatically re-injected into every outgoing request, the effect can fan out to downstream services that never received the original malicious request. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.62.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-44727 | 1 Jupyter | 1 Jupyter Server | 2026-08-28 | 5.4 Medium |
| Jupyter Server is the backend for Jupyter web applications. Prior to 2.20, the nbconvert HTTP handlers in jupyter_server render user-authored notebook HTML under the Jupyter origin without a sandbox directive in their Content-Security-Policy. Combined with nbconvert.HTMLExporter's default non-sanitizing behavior, a notebook carrying an HTML payload in a display_data output triggers stored XSS with cookie access, full /api/* authority, and kernel RCE. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.20. | ||||
| CVE-2026-44724 | 1 Sebhildebrandt | 1 Systeminformation | 2026-08-28 | 7.8 High |
| systeminformation is a System and OS information library for node.js. From 4.17.0 to 5.31.5, on Linux, systeminformation is vulnerable to command injection in networkInterfaces() when an active NetworkManager connection profile name contains shell metacharacters. The vulnerable value is obtained internally from real nmcli device status output. The library sanitizes the network interface name before using it in shell commands, but it does not apply equivalent sanitization to the parsed NetworkManager connection profile name. That unsanitized connectionName is then interpolated into three shell command strings executed through execSync(). This vulnerability is fixed in 5.31.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-44020 | 2 Docling, Docling-project | 2 Docling, Docling | 2026-08-28 | 7.5 High |
| Docling simplifies document processing by parsing diverse formats and providing integrations with the generative AI ecosystem. From 2.13.0 until 2.74.0, the USPTO patent XML parser used the standard xml.sax.parseString() without protection against XML External Entity (XXE) attacks. An attacker could craft malicious USPTO patent XML files with external entity references that could read arbitrary files from the server filesystem, perform Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) attacks, or cause denial of service through entity expansion (Billion Laughs attack). The vulnerability affects three USPTO patent format parsers: ICE (v4.x), Grant v2.5, and Application v1.x. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.74.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-42557 | 1 Jupyter | 2 Jupyterlab, Notebook | 2026-08-28 | 9.6 Critical |
| jupyterlab is an extensible environment for interactive and reproducible computing, based on the Jupyter Notebook Architecture. Prior to 4.5.7, JupyterLab's HTML sanitizer allowlists data-commandlinker-command and data-commandlinker-args on button elements, while CommandLinker listens for all click events on document.body and executes the named command without checking whether the element came from trusted JupyterLab UI. A notebook with a pre-saved HTML cell output containing a deceptive button can trigger arbitrary JupyterLab commands - including arbitrary code execution - on a single user click, without any code being submitted for execution by the user. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.7. | ||||
| CVE-2026-41673 | 1 Xmldom | 1 Xmldom | 2026-08-28 | 7.5 High |
| xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) `DOMParser` and `XMLSerializer` module. In @xmldom/xmldom prior to versions 0.9.10 and 0.8.13 and xmldom version 0.6.0 and prior, seven recursive traversals in lib/dom.js operate without a depth limit. A sufficiently deeply nested DOM tree causes a RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded, crashing the application. This issue has been patched in versions @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.9.10 and 0.8.13. | ||||
| CVE-2026-82089 | 1 Wallabag | 1 Android-app | 2026-08-28 | N/A |
| The wallabag (aka fr.gaulupeau.apps.InThePoche) application through 2.6.0 for Android allows XSS because /api/entries data is loaded into a WebView. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18324 | 2 Wordpress, Wpmudev | 2 Wordpress, Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder | 2026-08-28 | 7.2 High |
| The Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Rich-Text Textarea Field in all versions up to, and including, 1.57.0.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires that the targeted Textarea field has the Rich-Text editor option enabled. | ||||
| CVE-2026-16759 | 2 Themeum, Wordpress | 2 Tutor Lms – Elearning And Online Course Solution, Wordpress | 2026-08-28 | 6.5 Medium |
| The Tutor LMS – eLearning and online course solution plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Remote Code Execution limited to zero-argument function invocation in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.5 via the tutor_course_filter_ajax AJAX action. This is due to missing authorization on the handler combined with unsanitized array keys being passed to extract() inside tutor_load_template(), allowing attacker-controlled POST data to overwrite the local $template variable and, in the resulting templates/single-content-loader.php template, the $method_map and $context variables invoked at $method_map[$context](). This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to call an arbitrary zero-argument PHP function server-side and, via WordPress core edit_user(), to create a persistent subscriber-level account from request parameters. | ||||
