| CVE-2026-45018 | 1 Chainlit | 1 Chainlit | 2026-08-25 | 9.8 Critical |
| Chainlit is a Python framework for building production-ready conversational AI applications. From 2.4.0rc0 until 2.12.0, Chainlit deployments with features.mcp.enabled set to true in .chainlit/config.toml expose the POST /mcp endpoint without requiring authentication. For stdio transport, the endpoint accepts a user-controlled fullCommand string. The validate_mcp_command() function in backend/chainlit/mcp.py checks only the executable name against config.features.mcp.stdio.allowed_executables and passes unchecked arguments to StdioServerParameters in backend/chainlit/server.py. Because npx supports the -c argument, an attacker can execute arbitrary shell commands with the privileges of the Chainlit process. If allowed_executables is unset, its None default is treated as allowing every executable. This issue is fixed in version 2.12.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18821 | 1 Ibm | 54 Power System E1050 \(9043-mrx\), Power System E1050 \(9043-mrx\) Firmware, Power System E1080 \(9080-hex\) and 51 more | 2026-08-25 | 7.5 High |
| IBM PowerVM Hypervisor FW1120.00, FW1110.00 through FW1110.30, FW1060.00 through FW1060.80, and FW950.00 through FW950.H2 Power Systems Firmware is affected by a vulnerability in partition firmware during network boot. An unauthenticated attacker on the same network as a partition undergoing network boot can send a malformed packet, allowing arbitrary code to be executed in the partition firmware and compromising everything subsequently loaded by that partition. Other partitions and the managed system are not affected. Only partitions actively performing a network boot are affected, resulting in a confidentiality, integrity, and availability impact. | ||||

| CVE-2026-78183 | 1 Bucardo | 1 Dbdpg | 2026-08-25 | 9.8 Critical |
| DBD::Pg version 3.21.0 for Perl has a heap out-of-bounds write in quote_float. quote_float() allocates the length of the string + 1, which is the size of the bare numeric symbol plus NULL. But for special literals NaN, Inf, +Inf, -Inf, Infinity, +Infinity, -Infinity it emits the literal surrounded by quotes plus NULL, which is length + 3 bytes. Every recognised literal (case-insensitive) overflows by 2 bytes, a single quote and a NULL. This can be reached by the $dbh->quote method, for example $dbh->quote( "Infinity", DBI::SQL_NUMERIC ). This regression was introduced in 3.21.0 by the quote.c rewrite. | ||||
| CVE-2026-77506 | 1 Znuny | 1 Znuny | 2026-08-25 | 4.8 Medium |
| Znuny before LTS 6.5.22 allows AgentTicketEmailResend template XSS. | ||||
| CVE-2026-77337 | 1 Cakephp | 1 Authentication | 2026-08-25 | N/A |
| CakePHP Authentication is an authentication plugin for CakePHP that can also be used in PSR-7 based applications. Versions before 2.11.2, from 3.0.0 through 3.3.6, and from 4.0.0 through 4.2.0 allow authentication bypass and potential CPU or memory exhaustion when CookieAuthenticator uses unencrypted, forgeable legacy tokens. This issue is fixed in versions 2.11.2, 3.3.7, and 4.2.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-66882 | 1 Team-alembic | 1 Ash Authentication | 2026-08-25 | N/A |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation (XSS) vulnerability in team-alembic AshAuthentication allows reflected cross-site scripting via the confirmation and magic link interaction forms. When a strategy is configured with require_interaction? set to true, AshAuthentication serves an intermediate HTML page asking the user to confirm the action by submitting a form. Both such pages embed a request parameter directly into a hidden input's value attribute without HTML escaping: lib/ash_authentication/add_ons/confirmation/confirmation_form.html.eex interpolates the confirm parameter, and lib/ash_authentication/strategies/magic_link/sign_in_form.html.eex interpolates the magic link token parameter. These templates are compiled with EEx.function_from_file/3 using plain <%= %> expressions, which perform no escaping, so the parameter is reflected verbatim. Neither accept handler validates the value before rendering it. AshAuthentication.AddOn.Confirmation.Plug.accept/2 only checks that a confirm key is present, and AshAuthentication.Strategy.MagicLink.Plug.accept/2 reads the parameter directly, so no token signature is verified at this stage and arbitrary attacker-supplied text reaches the template. An unauthenticated attacker can therefore craft a URL whose parameter terminates the attribute and injects markup, for example a quote followed by a <script> element. Because the accept phase is served over GET, loading the crafted link is sufficient; no form submission or prior authentication is required. The injected script executes in the origin of the application embedding AshAuthentication, giving it access to that origin's cookies, session, and same-origin responses. Since these pages are part of the authentication flow, a victim following what appears to be a legitimate confirmation or sign-in link is a plausible target. This issue affects ash_authentication: from 4.8.0 before 4.14.2 and from 5.0.0-rc.0 before 5.0.0-rc.13. | ||||
| CVE-2026-59982 | 2026-08-25 | 7.1 High | ||
| OpenEXR is the reference implementation and specification for the EXR image format, widely used in the motion picture industry. OpenEXR versions before 3.2.11, 3.3.0 through 3.3.12, and 3.4.0 through 3.4.13 can return an out-of-bounds pointer from TypedDeepImageChannel::row() when a crafted deep EXR has a nonzero dataWindow origin. This vulnerability occurs because the API combines zero-based row access with an absolute-coordinate-adjusted base pointer, allowing a crash or limited information disclosure. This issue is fixed in versions 3.2.11, 3.3.13, and 3.4.14. | ||||
| CVE-2026-59184 | 2026-08-25 | 7.1 High | ||
| OpenEXR is the reference implementation and specification for the EXR image format, widely used in the motion picture industry. Versions before 3.2.11, 3.3.0 through 3.3.12, and 3.4.0 through 3.4.13 allow a crafted EXR with a nonzero dataWindow.min to make TypedFlatImageChannel::row() return an invalid heap pointer, causing out-of-bounds or use-after-free writes. This occurs when an application writes rows through FlatHalfChannel::row(). Affected consumers are tools, converters, render pipeline components, or image-processing services that accept untrusted EXR files and use FlatHalfChannel::row() on loaded images. This issue is fixed in versions 3.2.11, 3.3.13, and 3.4.14. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55619 | 1 Govcert-lu | 1 Eml Parser | 2026-08-25 | 5.3 Medium |
| eml_parser serves as a python module for parsing eml files and returning various information found in the e-mail as well as computed information. Prior to 3.0.2, eml_parser.parser.HeaderParser.header_fetch_parse in eml_parser/parser.py uses email.utils.getaddresses() to parse address-bearing e-mail headers. A deeply nested CFWS comment construct exhausts the standard-library recursive descent parser's call stack and raises RecursionError, which is not caught and therefore aborts parsing of the entire message. An attacker can disrupt SOC pipelines that process untrusted EML files, although callers already need to handle exceptions from malformed or pathological messages. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55527 | 1 Mervinpraison | 1 Praisonai | 2026-08-25 | 7.1 High |
| PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to praisonaiagents 1.6.58, the FileMemory constructor joins unsanitized user_id into self.user_path. A caller supplying ../ or path separators can escape the memory directory and write JSON data to arbitrary process-writable locations. The fix sanitizes user_id before constructing self.user_path. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.58. | ||||
| CVE-2026-52490 | 1 Libtiff | 1 Libtiff | 2026-08-25 | 9.8 Critical |
| An issue in libtiff 85f2ac8e0b01cb7db2bbecf4a3b891bdbef67938 allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code via the process_command_opts() function in tools/tiffcrop.c | ||||
| CVE-2026-49360 | 1 Datarecce | 1 Recce | 2026-08-25 | N/A |
| Recce is a data-validation toolkit for enhanced dbt (data build tool) PR review. Prior to version 1.50.0, OSS server deployments that expose the server to an untrusted network without authentication are vulnerable to unauthenticated SQL execution through the query run API. When Recce is configured with a DuckDB-backed project, an attacker can use DuckDB filesystem primitives to read and write files accessible to the Recce server process. The impact depends on how Recce is deployed, but may include disclosure of local files, tampering with Recce/dbt artifacts, modification of browser-served static files leading to stored XSS, and modification of application files if those paths are writable. If Recce is run as root, file access occurs with root privileges inside that host or container. This issue has been patched in Recce `v1.50.0`. Users should upgrade to Recce `v1.50.0` or later. The patch restricts unsafe file read/write behavior for DuckDB-backed query execution and hardens the affected query path. Other warehouse adapters have also been reviewed for similar exposure. Users who cannot upgrade immediately should avoid exposing `recce server` to the public internet or any untrusted network. Recommended mitigations include enabling authentication or placing Recce behind an authenticated reverse proxy/VPN, running Recce as a non-root user, using a read-only application filesystem where possible, and ensuring that sensitive files or credentials are not available to the Recce process. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18328 | 2 Wordpress, Wpmudev | 2 Wordpress, Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder | 2026-08-25 | 7.2 High |
| The Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to DOM-Based Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'error_description' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.57.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The vulnerability is only triggerable on pages hosting a Forminator form configured to use the Stripe Checkout Sessions payment API, which became the default in 1.56.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-13216 | 1 Zephyrproject | 1 Zephyr | 2026-08-25 | 6.1 Medium |
| The virtio PCI driver (drivers/virtio/virtio_pci.c) parses a device's PCI capability list during driver initialization. In virtio_pci_read_cap() the device-supplied capability length byte cap_len (read from PCI config space via pcie_conf_read()) was only checked with assert(tmp.cap_len == cap_struct_size). That assert resolves to __ASSERT_NO_MSG(), gated by CONFIG_ASSERT, which defaults off in production builds, so the value reached the copy logic completely unvalidated. The length then drives a loop that copies extra capability dwords into a fixed-size stack buffer supplied by the caller. A cap_len below the 24-byte base struct virtio_pci_cap underflows the unsigned extra_data_words count to a near-SIZE_MAX value, producing an effectively unbounded stack write; a cap_len above the caller's buffer (up to 255) writes up to roughly 228 bytes of device-controlled data past the buffer. Both are out-of-bounds writes of attacker-controlled content executed in kernel mode during boot-time device probe. The input originates from the virtio device. In the common deployment where Zephyr runs as a guest under a hypervisor, the device backend is the host, which already fully outranks the guest, so the bug yields no privilege escalation. The exploitable case is a virtio device that is untrusted relative to the Zephyr kernel — an untrusted or physical/passthrough virtio PCIe device on a bare-metal system, or a confidential-computing posture where the guest must defend against the host — where a malicious device can corrupt the kernel stack and potentially achieve code execution or a crash. The fix replaces the compiled-out assert with a runtime range check rejecting cap_len outside [sizeof(struct virtio_pci_cap), cap_struct_size] before any arithmetic or copy. | ||||
| CVE-2026-57031 | 2 Juniper, Juniper Networks | 9 Junos, Lc4800, Lc4802 and 6 more | 2026-08-25 | 4.7 Medium |
| An Improper Check for Unusual or Exceptional Conditions vulnerability in the packet forwarding engine (PFE) of Juniper Networks Junos OS on MX Series allows adjacent subscribers to bypass configured firewall filters. On MX Series devices with MPC10/11, LC4800/9600, and MX304 with subscribers configured on static interfaces, ingress firewall filters are not enforced, so that neither protocol level nor upstream bandwidth limitation are in effect. This issue affects Junos OS on MX with MPC10/11, LC4800/9600/4802, and MX304: * 23.2 versions from 23.2R2-S1 before 23.2R2-S7, * 23.4 versions from 23.4R2 before 23.4R2-S7, * 24.2 versions before 24.2R2-S3, * 24.4 versions before 24.4R2-S2, * 25.2 versions before 25.2R2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-78282 | 2026-08-25 | 7.1 High | ||
| Unauthenticated Cross Site Scripting (XSS) in Stripe Payments <= 2.1.2 versions. | ||||
| CVE-2026-77384 | 2026-08-25 | 7.5 High | ||
| libp2p is a JavaScript implementation of the libp2p networking stack. Prior to version 4.2.9, the reservation refresh path in reservation-store.ts reuses the same retimeableSignal but unconditionally registers another abort listener on every refresh. As a result, a remote peer can repeatedly send valid RESERVE requests for the same reservation, causing unbounded listener and closure growth in @libp2p/circuit-relay-v2 relay servers and leading to denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 4.2.9. | ||||
| CVE-2026-59186 | 1 Academysoftwarefoundation | 1 Openexr | 2026-08-25 | 7.1 High |
| OpenEXR is the reference implementation and specification for the EXR image format, widely used in the motion picture industry. In versions before 3.2.11, 3.3.0 through 3.3.12, and 3.4.0 through 3.4.13, a crafted tiled EXR can trigger a heap out-of-bounds write on 32-bit/ILP32 builds when read through the public TiledRgbaInputFile RGBA API. The file uses a small 40x40 dataWindow but a 65537x65537 tile size. On ILP32, the Array2D<Rgba> tile-conversion buffer size calculation overflows, allocates a much smaller heap buffer, and tile decode writes past that allocation. This issue is fixed in versions 3.2.11, 3.3.13, and 3.4.14. | ||||
