CVE-2026-57944 1 Wwbn 1 Avideo 2026-08-26 5.4 Medium
AVideo through commit 9c39d8c8 contains a cross-site request forgery vulnerability in channelToGallery.json.php that allows attackers to modify site-wide Gallery configuration by performing unauthorized writes to plugin data. Attackers can craft a cross-site GET request carrying an administrator's session cookie to promote arbitrary channels to the front page or delete curated sections without token validation.
CVE-2026-55805 1 Drupal 1 Drupal Core 2026-08-26 5.4 Medium
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ("Cross-site Scripting") vulnerability in Drupal Drupal core allows Stored XSS. This issue affects Drupal core versions: from 0.0.0 to 10.6.13, from 11.3.0 to 11.3.14, from 11.4.0 to 11.4.4, from 0.0.0 to 11.0.*, from 0.0.0 to 11.1.*, from 0.0.0 to 11.2.*.
CVE-2026-54569 2026-08-26 9.8 Critical
SENAITE.CORE is the core framework for the SENAITE laboratory information management system. From 2.0.0 to 2.6.0, the SENAITE.CORE JSON API permits unauthenticated remote code execution through a two-request chain involving missing authorization and unsafe evaluation. The state-changing routes in src/bika/lims/jsonapi/update.py, including update, update_many, remove, doActionFor, doActionFor_many, and getusers, do not enforce the senaite.core: Access JSON API permission before resolving attacker-selected objects. In src/bika/lims/jsonapi/init.py, set_fields_from_request passes raw request values for RecordsField and RecordField instances to eval() before field mutator write-permission checks execute. An anonymous attacker can discover the bika_setup object identifier through @@uuid, send a value such as RejectionReasons to /@@API/update, and execute arbitrary Python in the Zope worker before a later mutation failure rolls back ZODB changes. The same unsafe evaluation pattern is present in src/senaite/core/browser/fields/record.py and src/senaite/core/browser/fields/records.py. Successful exploitation can expose or modify laboratory data, files, and accounts and can disrupt the service.
CVE-2026-54134 1 Octoprint 1 Octoprint 2026-08-26 N/A
OctoPrint provides a web interface for controlling consumer 3D printers. Prior to 1.11.8 and 2.0.0rc3, OctoPrint's custom Tornado upload handler and Flask with Werkzeug parse request parameters differently, allowing an attacker with FILE_UPLOAD permission to inject reserved internal upload fields through query parameters or parser differentials despite the earlier GHSA-m9jh-jf9h-x3h2 fix. The affected endpoints are /api/files/{local|sdcard}, /api/languages, /plugin/backup/restore, and /plugin/pluginmanager/upload_file. An attacker can make OctoPrint treat an arbitrary host file as a temporary upload, move it into a downloadable upload directory, disclose configuration secrets or other readable files, and remove runtime files in a way that can affect a later restart. This issue is fixed in versions 1.11.8 and 2.0.0rc3.
CVE-2026-53762 1 Veracrypt 1 Veracrypt 2026-08-26 6.2 Medium
VeraCrypt provides disk encryption with strong security based on TrueCrypt. Prior to 1.26.29, non-default builds created with WOLFCRYPT=1 and WOLFCRYPT_BACKEND route SHA-256 and SHA-512 volume-header key derivation through derive_key_sha256 and derive_key_sha512 in src/Crypto/wolfCrypt.c, where the configured iterations value is discarded and wc_HKDF is used instead of PBKDF2-HMAC. Changing the PIM or iteration count therefore does not increase derivation cost, allowing an attacker with an affected container, disk image, or volume header to perform substantially cheaper offline password guesses. Official precompiled VeraCrypt binaries and normal distribution packages use the standard PBKDF2 backend and are not affected. Volumes created by an affected WOLFCRYPT=1 build require backup and recreation because corrected builds derive different keys. This issue is fixed in version 1.26.29.
CVE-2026-53528 1 Perber 1 Leafwiki 2026-08-26 8.8 High
LeafWiki is a self-hosted wiki. Versions 0.3.0 through 0.10.0 have a path traversal vulnerability in LeafWiki’s asset rename functionality. An authenticated user with editor permissions could move files that are accessible to the LeafWiki server process into a page’s asset directory. This could allow sensitive local files, such as the application database, to become downloadable as page assets. Users should update to version 0.10.1 or greater. As an additional mitigation, operators should ensure that the LeafWiki process runs with the least privileges necessary and does not have filesystem access to sensitive files outside the application’s required directories. Until a patch is applied, operators may reduce risk by restricting editor access to trusted users only and by limiting the filesystem permissions of the LeafWiki process.
CVE-2026-53497 1 Cenodude 1 Crosswatch 2026-08-26 5.3 Medium
CrossWatch (CW) is a synchronization engine. Prior to version 0.9.21, GET /api/app-auth/status is accessible without authentication and returns the other_sessions array, which exposes metadata of all active sessions — including originating IP addresses, User-Agent strings, internal session IDs, and creation/expiry timestamps. Any unauthenticated network attacker can enumerate this data without credentials. Version 0.9.21 fixes the issue.
CVE-2026-50278 1 Internationalcolorconsortium 1 Iccdev 2026-08-26 6.5 Medium
iccDEV provides a set of libraries and tools for working with ICC color management profiles. Versions prior to 2.3.2.1 have a `CIccEmbedIO::Read8()` size_t underflow. The issue arises due to an embedded-profile read defect when parsing ICC profiles containing `icSigEmbeddedV5ProfileTag` data with `icSigEmbeddedProfileType` payloads. Version 2.3.2.1 patches the issue. No known workarounds are available.
CVE-2026-49431 1 Freebsd 1 Freebsd 2026-08-26 3.3 Low
The ZFS_IOC_SET_PROP ioctl, used by zfs-set(8), incorrectly validated the calling user such that an unprivileged user is able to set metadata on a dataset indicating that the dataset has received properties from a zfs-recv(8) stream. Any local user can set the internal ZFS metadata flag "$hasrecvd" on datasets via ZFS_IOC_SET_PROP.
CVE-2026-49430 1 Freebsd 1 Freebsd 2026-08-26 7.8 High
The ZFS_IOC_RECV_NEW ioctl, in the heal receive path, similarly truncated a 64-bit payload size to a 32-bit integer for allocation, then used the original 64-bit size as the length for a byteswap operation. A local user with the "receive" delegated ZFS permission can trigger kernel memory corruption via ZFS_IOC_RECV_NEW by sending a crafted receive stream in heal mode.
CVE-2026-49426 1 Freebsd 1 Freebsd 2026-08-26 3.3 Low
When auditing a system call executed via ptrace(PT_SC_REMOTE), the kernel passed the return value of an internal setup function to AUDIT_SYSCALL_EXIT() rather than the actual result of the executed system call. As a result, committed audit records for system calls which returned an error do not reflect the true outcome of the operation. That is, they indicate that the operation succeeded when it in fact failed. Audit records for system calls executed via ptrace(PT_SC_REMOTE) may show an incorrect error status. An attacker with the ability to debug a process could use this to produce misleading audit trails, potentially undermining audit-based Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).
CVE-2026-49425 1 Freebsd 1 Freebsd 2026-08-26 5.5 Medium
The compat32 kevent() handler translates a 64-bit kevent struct into a stack- declared 32-bit struct. It did not first zero the stack struct. An unprivileged user may observe a small amount of uninitialized kernel stack data, which may contain sensitive information.
CVE-2026-49424 1 Freebsd 1 Freebsd 2026-08-26 5.5 Medium
The Linux waitid() implementation translates a FreeBSD siginfo_t struct into a stack-declared Linux siginfo_t. It did not first zero the stack struct. An unprivileged user may observe 104 bytes of uninitialized kernel stack data, which may contain sensitive information.
CVE-2026-49423 1 Freebsd 1 Freebsd 2026-08-26 3.3 Low
When building the iovec array for a received TLS 1.2 CBC record, ktls_ocf_tls_cbc_decrypt() incremented the iovec index for every mbuf in the chain, including mbufs that were skipped because they contained only TLS header bytes. This left uninitialized entries in the iovec array. The iovec array was allocated without zeroing. A remote TLS peer can cause the kernel to read from uninitialized iovec entries during HMAC computation, resulting in a kernel panic. The peer must be able to control TCP segmentation such that the first mbuf of a CBC record contains only the 5-byte TLS record header.
CVE-2026-49421 1 Freebsd 1 Freebsd 2026-08-26 7.1 High
The kernel function that implements unlinkat(2) and funlinkat(2) validated the AT_RESOLVE_BENEATH flag but failed to pass it through to the underlying path lookup. The flag was silently dropped, so path resolution was not actually restricted. A process that uses AT_RESOLVE_BENEATH with unlinkat(2) or funlinkat(2) to confine path resolution can in fact resolve paths above the starting directory. A caller relying on this flag for path containment may delete files outside the intended directory tree.
CVE-2026-48754 1 Lxc 1 Incus 2026-08-26 N/A
Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. Prior to version 7.1.0, `(*backend).createDependentVolumesFromBackup` in `internal/server/storage/backend.go` contains a cluster of unguarded pointer derefs on every dependent-volume entry's `VolumeSnapshots[i]`, `Volume`, and `Pool` sub-fields. An authenticated user with `can_create_instances` permission on any project can crash the `incusd` daemon by uploading an instance backup tarball whose `dependent_volumes[*]` block contains a nil snapshot pointer (or omits `volume:` / `pool:`). This is a sibling-field variant of the 2026-05-04 batch fix `d768f81c0a1d985f35ae56219519822b080bf5e3` ("Properly check dependent volumes on import"). That commit added `if disk == nil` at the top of the outer loop, but did not guard the four sub-pointer fields the loop body dereferences naked. Version 7.1.0 contains an updated patch.
CVE-2026-48750 1 Lxc 1 Incus 2026-08-26 9.9 Critical
Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. Prior to version 7.2.0, the `record-output` parameter of the `/instances/$name/exec` endpoint stores the output of the command in the `exec-output` directory of the instance. If `exec-output` is a symlink, file named `exec_UUID.stdout` and `exec_UUID.stderr` can be written to an arbitrary location where the `.stdout` file will contain arbitrary content. This behavior can be abused for arbitrary command execution. Version 7.2.0 contains a patch.
CVE-2026-48548 1 Nagios 1 Nagios Core 2026-08-26 6.5 Medium
Nagios Core before 4.5.12 contains a cross-site request forgery vulnerability in cmd.cgi where the CSRF protection mechanism passes validation when the NagFormId cookie is absent. Attackers can craft a malicious cross-site POST request to execute arbitrary Nagios commands as a currently authenticated user without their knowledge or consent.
CVE-2026-48106 1 Basekick-labs 1 Arc 2026-08-26 N/A
Arc is an open, SQL-native time-series database for telemetry. Prior to version 26.06.1, Arc Enterprise's cluster replication receiver at `internal/cluster/replication/receiver.go` validates only the wire-format envelope (length, opcode) of inbound messages. The `MsgReplicateSync` payload itself is accepted without any application-layer authentication — no HMAC, no signature, no per-message nonce. The replication stream is protected at the transport layer by TLS / mTLS, but there is no protection against application-layer message tampering or replay once a peer is on the cluster network. This is fixed in 2026.06.1. Some workarounds are available. Restrict cluster network access to known-trusted peers via strict firewall rules, audit replication logs for unexpected `MsgReplicateSync` traffic, and/or disable cluster mode until the fix is available.
CVE-2026-41451 1 Tclahr 1 Uac 2026-08-26 7.8 High
UAC (Unix-like Artifacts Collector) versions prior to 3.3.0 contain a command injection vulnerability in the user substitution logic within parse_artifact.sh where usernames and home directories from /etc/passwd are substituted directly into command strings without escaping before execution via eval. Attackers can inject shell metacharacters such as command substitution syntax or semicolons through crafted usernames or home directory paths in /etc/passwd entries to execute arbitrary commands on the analyst's host system.
