| CVE-2026-119777 | 2 Red Hat, Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-30 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in GStreamer's gst-plugins-bad H.266/VVC parser. When processing a malformed H.266 media file or stream, an integer overflow while parsing profile, tier, and level fields can lead to a stack-based buffer overflow. An attacker could cause an application to crash and may be able to execute code in the context of the affected application. | ||||
| CVE-2026-59993 | 2026-10-30 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Picotls is a TLS protocol library that allows users select different crypto backends based on their use case. In affected revisions through 44bc503, when picotls is used as a `client-side TLS stack`, a peer can send a `HelloRetryRequest` followed by a `spoofed Hello message` that causes a null-pointer dereference. This can terminate the consuming process, including a process performing other work, resulting in denial of service. This issue is fixed in commit a06ca41. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114485 | 1 Devolutions | 1 Server | 2026-10-30 | 4.3 Medium |
| Insufficient protection of sensitive information in the user list endpoint in Devolutions Server 2026.3.10.0 and earlier allows an authenticated attacker with delegated user view permissions to obtain the MFA secrets of all users via the user list API response. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114486 | 1 Devolutions | 1 Server | 2026-10-30 | 4.3 Medium |
| Incorrect authorization in the Devolutions Gateway token generation in Devolutions Server 2026.3.10.0 and earlier allows an authenticated non-administrative attacker to bypass the Network Access Rules of a virtual gateway and reach denied hosts via wildcard additional destinations signed into the gateway token. | ||||
| CVE-2026-61846 | 1 Rgrove | 1 Crass | 2026-10-30 | 5.3 Medium |
| Crass is a Ruby CSS parser that's fully compliant with the CSS Syntax Level 3 specification. Prior to 1.0.7, Crass recursively parses `CSS simple blocks and functions` without a depth guard. An attacker-controlled CSS value containing deeply nested blocks or functions can recurse until Ruby raises `SystemStackError`: stack level too deep, or cause excessive memory usage. Version 1.0.7 adds a configurable depth limit with a conservative default. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.7. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62160 | 1 Daptin | 1 Daptin | 2026-10-30 | N/A |
| Daptin is a GraphQL/JSON-API headless CMS. Prior to 0.12.26, the global `LanguageMiddleware` in `server/language.go` passes the raw `Accept-Language` header from `LanguageMiddlewareFunc` through `GetLanguagePreference` to `golang.org/x/text/language.ParseAcceptLanguage` without a size or shape filter. The guard for CVE-2022-32149 counts hyphens but not underscores, even though the internal parser normalizes underscores to hyphens. Long lists of underscore-separated language subtags longer than eight characters bypass the guard. These subtags fail the `len <= 8` length check in `golang.org/x/text/internal/language/parse.go`, causing repeated `gobble` operations to move the entire remaining buffer through `runtime.memmove`. With many invalid subtags, this repeated buffer movement takes quadratic work. Unauthenticated requests to the public landing page or `/api` can consume disproportionate CPU, with a 256 KiB header already causing seconds of processing and larger input permitted by the default 1 MiB header ceiling. `resource.CheckErr` also logs the entire invalid header, amplifying cost, while normal successful HTTP responses can conceal the denial-of-service traffic. Repeated requests can saturate server CPU. This issue is fixed in version 0.12.26. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62301 | 1 Franklioxygen | 1 Mytube | 2026-10-30 | N/A |
| MyTube is a self-hosted downloader and player for several video websites. Prior to version 1.10.3, backend video access does not enforce the visitor role's intended public-only restriction when `loginEnabled=true` and a visitor password is configured. The frontend filter in `VideoContext.tsx` is only client-side, `roleBasedAuthMiddleware.ts` allows all visitor GET requests, and `storageService/videos.ts` performs `getVideos()` and `getVideoById(id)` queries without checking the caller's role or `visibility`. A visitor can enumerate `/api/videos` or request `/api/videos/:id` to retrieve hidden `visibility`=0 records, exposing titles, `sourceUrl` values, `videoPath` values, subtitle paths and `thumbnailPath` values. The `serveMountVideo()` path also serves mounted video files without `visibility` checks. Leaked paths work against unauthenticated `/videos/*` and `/subtitles/*` routes, allowing media downloads without credentials. The RSS visitor feed already filters `visibility`=1 content and is not the affected query path. Default loginEnabled=false single-user deployments are unaffected by this role-boundary issue because all callers are owner-equivalent. This issue is fixed in version 1.10.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62302 | 1 Franklioxygen | 1 Mytube | 2026-10-30 | N/A |
| MyTube is a self-hosted downloader and player for several video websites. Prior to version 1.10.3, `server.ts` calls `registerStaticRoutes` and `registerCloudRoutes` before `registerApiRoutes`, where `authMiddleware` and `roleBasedAuthMiddleware` are mounted. Because Express processes middleware in registration order, `staticRoutes.ts` and `cloudRoutes.ts` remain outside the authentication stack even when `loginEnabled=true`. Unauthenticated clients can access local videos through `/videos/*`, thumbnails through `/images/*` and `/images-small/*`, avatars through `/avatars/*`, subtitles through `/subtitles/*`, cloud thumbnail caches through `/api/cloud/thumbnail-cache/*`, and cloud signed URLs or redirects through `/cloud/videos/:filename` and `/cloud/images/:filename`. The frontend login wall does not protect direct media requests. Cloud routes return 404 when cloud storage is unconfigured, but that is not an authentication rejection; protected API routes correctly return 401. Combined with hidden-video path leaks, the flaw permits unauthenticated downloads of hidden media. Default loginEnabled=false single-user deployments have no authentication boundary to bypass. This issue is fixed in version 1.10.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-61850 | 1 Akuity | 1 Kargo | 2026-10-30 | N/A |
| Kargo manages and automates the promotion of software artifacts. From 0.6.0 until 1.8.14, 1.9.9, and 1.10.8, two authorization flaws in the `project-scoped RBAC API` let an authenticated user with delegated permission to manage a Project's `Roles` or `ServiceAccounts` confer permissions exceeding the user's own. A user authorized to edit `Roles` can create, replace, or add rules granting permissions not held by the user; a user authorized to edit a Role's ServiceAccount can bind an identity, including the user's own, to a more powerful Role. A Kargo Role comprises a `ServiceAccount, Role, and RoleBinding` in the Project namespace. Changes are written using the API server's broadly privileged credentials after only a coarse resource-kind edit check, rather than checking each permission being conferred. This permits escalation to Project-administrator access, disclosure of `Project Secrets` and credentials, and modification or deletion of Project resources. Stolen Git, container-registry, or Helm-registry credentials can extend confidentiality and integrity impacts to those external systems. Escalation remains limited to Projects where the attacker already has RBAC-management delegation and does not itself grant cluster-wide or cross-Project access. Default non-administrator roles do not permit these operations; exploitation requires an `administrator-created custom role` granting the relevant permissions and control of an account assigned that role. This issue is fixed in versions 1.8.14, 1.9.9, and 1.10.8. | ||||
| CVE-2026-62967 | 2026-10-30 | 8.1 High | ||
| ZTNET is a ZeroTier web UI for private controllers with multiuser and organization support. Prior to 0.8.0, any authenticated low-privilege user can permanently deactivate another account, including an administrator, through `POST /api/auth/user/invalidateUser`. In `src/pages/api/auth/user/invalidateUser.ts`, `getServerSession` checks only that a session exists and does not compare `session.user.id` with the client-supplied `userId`. Supplying a victim's `userId` and a `deviceId` for which no matching pair exists in `UserDevice` makes the handler set the target account's `isActive` to false. Login is then refused by `src/server/auth.ts` with `account-expired`. An attacker needs only a normal authenticated account and the victim's user ID, which may be obtainable from member lists, UI responses, logs, or other application metadata. This can lock administrators out, disrupt organization management, and deny access to any targeted user. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86987 | 1 Apple | 3 Ios And Ipados, Ipados, Iphone Os | 2026-10-30 | 5.5 Medium |
| An authorization issue was addressed with improved entitlement checks. This issue is fixed in iOS 27.2 and iPadOS 27.2. A remote attacker may be able to access sensitive user data. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76287 | 1 Splunk | 2 Splunk, Splunk Enterprise | 2026-10-30 | 5.4 Medium |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.4, a user that holds a role with the preview_data_management_pipeline capability or edit_data_management_pipeline_job capability could read or delete Data Management SPL2 preview jobs and results outside their ownership scope. The vulnerability is possible because the Data Management Representational State Transfer (REST) API verifies the required capability but does not verify that the requested preview job belongs to the requester. The affected Data Management REST API is available only when the Edge Processor feature is turned on. The Edge Processor feature is turned off by default. For more information see Set up a data management control plane (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/process-data-at-the-edge/use-edge-processors-for-splunk-enterprise/10.4/getting-started/set-up-a-data-management-control-plane) and Getting sample data for previewing data transformations (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/process-data-at-the-edge/use-edge-processors-for-splunk-enterprise/10.4/working-with-pipelines/getting-sample-data-for-previewing-data-transformations) in the Splunk documentation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76288 | 1 Splunk | 2 Splunk, Splunk Enterprise | 2026-10-30 | 7.5 High |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.4, 10.2.8, 10.0.11, and 9.4.16, an unauthenticated user could send a single crafted request to the Splunk Web JavaScript logger endpoint and cause Splunk Web to stop responding to requests. Splunk Web remains unavailable until Splunk Enterprise is restarted. The vulnerability is possible because Splunk Web does not limit request-header parsing before processing the request. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76289 | 1 Splunk | 2 Splunk, Splunk Enterprise | 2026-10-30 | 6.5 Medium |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.4, 10.2.8, 10.0.11, and 9.4.16, a user who does not hold the "admin" or "power" Splunk roles could make the Splunk Enterprise instance unavailable to other users by sending a request to the Representational State Transfer (REST) API endpoint for lookup table files. The affected instance requires a restart to restore service. The vulnerability is possible because the endpoint does not limit resource use when it processes response field selections. For more information see Endpoints reference list (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/rest-api-reference/10.4/introduction/endpoints-reference-list) and About configuring role-based user access (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.4/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/about-configuring-role-based-user-access) in the Splunk documentation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-91217 | 1 Oracle | 1 Soa Suite | 2026-10-30 | 8.6 High |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle SOA Suite product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Fabric Layer). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle SOA Suite. While the vulnerability is in Oracle SOA Suite, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle SOA Suite accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.6 (Confidentiality impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:N/A:N). | ||||
| CVE-2026-104594 | 2026-10-30 | 7.5 High | ||
| libosmocore through 1.14.1 contains out-of-bounds reads in the IPA CCM identity-tag parsers in src/gsm/ipa.c. This allows a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information. | ||||
| CVE-2026-28160 | 2 E4jvikwp, Wordpress-extensions | 2 Vikrentcar, Vikrentcar | 2026-10-30 | 7.1 High |
| Unauthenticated Cross Site Scripting (XSS) in VikRentCar <= 1.4.10 versions. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114711 | 2 Multivendorx, Wordpress-extensions | 2 Multivendorx, Multivendorx | 2026-10-30 | 6.5 Medium |
| Subscriber Cross Site Scripting (XSS) in MultiVendorX <= 5.0.20 versions. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76290 | 1 Splunk | 2 Splunk, Splunk Enterprise | 2026-10-30 | 7.5 High |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.4, 10.2.8, and 10.0.11, an unauthenticated user could send repeated requests to the Edge Processor package download endpoint in the Splunk Pipeline Builders app. The requests could cause the Splunk daemon to consume excessive system resources and potentially stop responding. The vulnerability is possible because the endpoint accepts package download requests without authentication and reads and base64-encodes the complete package in memory for each request. After upgrading, prepare all existing Edge Processor instances, turn on authentication for Edge Processor package downloads, and restart Splunk Enterprise. For more information, see Enable authentication for Edge Processor package downloads (https://help.splunk.com/en/data-management/process-data-at-the-edge/use-edge-processors-for-splunk-enterprise/10.4/administer-edge-processors/enable-authentication-for-edge-processor-package-downloads). | ||||
