| CVE-2026-19387 | 1 Redhat | 8 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Rhel Aus and 5 more | 2026-09-18 | 7.6 High |
| A heap out-of-bounds write vulnerability was found in the GStreamer gst-plugins-bad adpcmdec element when decoding IMA/DVI ADPCM audio. Insufficient validation of the per-block sample count for multi-channel streams allows a crafted WAV file to cause writes beyond the allocated output buffer. This can lead to application crash, denial of service, memory corruption, or potentially arbitrary code execution when untrusted media is processed. | ||||
| CVE-2023-4622 | 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat | 9 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 6 more | 2026-09-17 | 7.8 High |
| A use-after-free vulnerability in the Linux kernel's af_unix component can be exploited to achieve local privilege escalation. The unix_stream_sendpage() function tries to add data to the last skb in the peer's recv queue without locking the queue. Thus there is a race where unix_stream_sendpage() could access an skb locklessly that is being released by garbage collection, resulting in use-after-free. We recommend upgrading past commit 790c2f9d15b594350ae9bca7b236f2b1859de02c (or backported equivalents). | ||||

| CVE-2026-44172 | 2 Mariadb, Redhat | 3 Mariadb, Server, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-17 | 9.1 Critical |
| MariaDB server is a community developed fork of MySQL server. In versions 3.3.18 and 3.4.8, an application that was taking non-validated user input, escaping it with mysql_real_escape_string() and sending it to the database using text protocol and big5 character set was vulnerable to SQL injections, even though mysql_real_escape_string() was supposed to prevent them. This issue has been patched in versions 3.3.19 and 3.4.9. | ||||
| CVE-2023-50781 | 2 M2crypto Project, Redhat | 5 M2crypto, Enterprise Linux, Rhev Hypervisor and 2 more | 2026-09-16 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in m2crypto. This issue may allow a remote attacker to decrypt captured messages in TLS servers that use RSA key exchanges, which may lead to exposure of confidential or sensitive data. | ||||
| CVE-2026-19816 | 2 Packagekit, Redhat | 2 Packagekit, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-15 | 7.1 High |
| A flaw was found in PackageKit. PackageKit skips the polkit authorization check for transactions carrying the SIMULATE (dry-run) flag. In the dnf5 backend, the RepoRemove handler ignores that contract and always executes the real transaction because its guard is written as (role == REPO_REMOVE || !SIMULATE), which is always true for RepoRemove. An unprivileged local user can therefore perform a genuine package uninstall while claiming to simulate. This vulnerability only affects systems using PackageKit with the dnf5 backend. | ||||

| CVE-2023-52676 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-14 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Guard stack limits against 32bit overflow This patch promotes the arithmetic around checking stack bounds to be done in the 64-bit domain, instead of the current 32bit. The arithmetic implies adding together a 64-bit register with a int offset. The register was checked to be below 1<<29 when it was variable, but not when it was fixed. The offset either comes from an instruction (in which case it is 16 bit), from another register (in which case the caller checked it to be below 1<<29 [1]), or from the size of an argument to a kfunc (in which case it can be a u32 [2]). Between the register being inconsistently checked to be below 1<<29, and the offset being up to an u32, it appears that we were open to overflowing the `int`s which were currently used for arithmetic. | A flaw was found in the Linux kernel. This flaw allows an attacker to crash the Linux kernel by simulating amateur radio from the user space, resulting in a null-ptr-deref vulnerability and a use-after-free vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2026-31431 | 10 Amazon, Arista, Canonical and 7 more | 60 Amazon Linux, Cloudvision Agni, Cloudvision Portal and 57 more | 2026-09-08 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: algif_aead - Revert to operating out-of-place This mostly reverts commit 72548b093ee3 except for the copying of the associated data. There is no benefit in operating in-place in algif_aead since the source and destination come from different mappings. Get rid of all the complexity added for in-place operation and just copy the AD directly. | ||||
| CVE-2026-59847 | 2 Libssh, Redhat | 4 Libssh, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 1 more | 2026-09-04 | 5.9 Medium |
| A flaw was found in libssh. Incorrect AES-GCM finalization checks in builds using the OpenSSL backend can effectively remove integrity protection, allowing an in-path attacker to modify plaintext on the wire without detection. | ||||
| CVE-2026-19582 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 5 Binutils, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 2 more | 2026-09-04 | N/A |
| Red Hat Product Security has come to the conclusion that this CVE is false due to upstream security policy. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53153 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-02 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/list_lru: drain before clearing xarray entry on reparent memcg_reparent_list_lrus() clears the dying memcg's xarray entry with xas_store(&xas, NULL) before reparenting its per-node lists into the parent. This opens a window where a concurrent list_lru_del() arriving for the dying memcg sees xa_load() == NULL, walks to the parent in lock_list_lru_of_memcg(), takes the parent's per-node lock, and calls list_del_init() on an item still physically linked on the dying memcg's list. If another in-flight thread holds the dying memcg's per-node lock at the same moment (another list_lru_del, or a list_lru_walk_one running an isolate callback), both threads modify ->next/->prev pointers on the same physical list under different locks. Adjacent items can corrupt each other's links. Fix it by reversing the order: reparent each per-node list and mark the child's list lru dead and then clear the xarray entry. Any concurrent list_lru op that finds the still-set xarray entry either takes the dying memcg's per-node lock (synchronizing with the drain) or sees LONG_MIN and walks to the parent, where the items now live. | ||||
| CVE-2025-22104 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-02 | 7.1 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ibmvnic: Use kernel helpers for hex dumps Previously, when the driver was printing hex dumps, the buffer was cast to an 8 byte long and printed using string formatters. If the buffer size was not a multiple of 8 then a read buffer overflow was possible. Therefore, create a new ibmvnic function that loops over a buffer and calls hex_dump_to_buffer instead. | CVE-2024-46754 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-02 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Remove tst_run from lwt_seg6local_prog_ops. The syzbot reported that the lwt_seg6 related BPF ops can be invoked via bpf_test_run() without without entering input_action_end_bpf() first. Martin KaFai Lau said that self test for BPF_PROG_TYPE_LWT_SEG6LOCAL probably didn't work since it was introduced in commit 04d4b274e2a ("ipv6: sr: Add seg6local action End.BPF"). The reason is that the per-CPU variable seg6_bpf_srh_states::srh is never assigned in the self test case but each BPF function expects it. Remove test_run for BPF_PROG_TYPE_LWT_SEG6LOCAL. | ||||
| CVE-2026-59850 | 2 Libssh, Redhat | 4 Libssh, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 1 more | 2026-09-01 | 4.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in libssh. If data packets are processed after a channel is closed, channel data callbacks can be invoked after the associated data has already been freed, leading to crashes or possible use-after-free conditions. | ||||
| CVE-2026-59848 | 2 Libssh, Redhat | 4 Libssh, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 1 more | 2026-09-01 | 5.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in libssh. A malicious SFTP server can send responses for unknown request IDs that libssh clients keep queued indefinitely, causing unbounded memory growth and client-side denial of service. | ||||
